Maple Melting Moments Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
3/4 c of sugar (white)
1 c of butter
1.5 tsp of extract (maple flavor)
2/3 c of pecan halves
dash of salt
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a huge bowl and mix with a low-set speed ’til blended. Change to moderate mixing speed ’til mixture is fluffy and light. Roll the dough to 1-inch balls, and place pecan half above each of the balls gently.
Arrange the balls on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for twelve minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet.
