Jello Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 cups of butter
a large package of gelatin mix (regular, red)
1 piece of egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
1.5 cups of flour
1/4 cups of milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (375 degree F). Cream margarine or butter with vanilla as well as gelatin mixture; Add the milk and egg; beating ’til fluffy and light; Add salt, baking powder as well as flour then mix until well-blended. Spoon mixture and drop to cookie sheets, which have been greased.

Bake cookies for about 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove cookies from cookie sheets as soon as possible.
