Ice Cream Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 Tbsp of salt
3 tsps of vanilla
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 c of sugar
2.5 c of flour
2/3 c of cocoa (unsweetened)
1/3 Tbsp of baking soda
2 pieces of eggs
1.5 c of margarine
2 c of choco chips (semi-sweet)
2/3 c of ice cream (chocolate)
1.5 c walnuts; chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Mix vanilla extract, eggs and chocolate ice cream. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, margarine, sugars, cocoa, chips and walnuts. Place mixture on baking sheets that have been greased. Bake in oven (350 degrees F) ’til well-set but not done. Don’t overbake.
