Peppermint Candy Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2-1/2 c of flour (all purpose)
1 c of butter (unsalted)
1 c of confectioner’s sugar; sifted
1 fresh egg (large)
3/4 tsp of peppermint flavoring
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 Tbsp water
1/3 tsp of food coloring (red)
1 fresh egg white (from large egg)
1/4 c ground candy (peppermint)
2 pinches of salt
Instructions:
Combine the salt and flour. Beat butter on a bowl then add in confectioners’; and then continue beating until fluffy. Afterward, add vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and egg. Mix it with the mixed flour. Beat until well incorporated.
Cut the dough at the center so you’ll have two halves. Mix red coloring on one dough and refrigerate both for an hour.
Cut the dough again into half. Dust a surface to where you’ll roll your dough. Now, roll up the 4 portions and make an 8 inch square then place the white dough atop the red dough then roll up; do the same with the other two then wrap dough rolls with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Slice the roll into thin slices and place onto a baking sheet then bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 mins.Beat water and egg white then brush it atop the cookies; garnish with the crushed peppermint-flavored candies.

Chocolate Mint Squares Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar
4 beaten eggs
1/2 c of softened butter
1 c of flour
1 tbsps of vanilla
1/2 tsp of salt
1 can (16-ozs) of choco syrup
Layer of Mint:
2 c of sugar (powdered)
2 tbsps of Creme De Menthe (green)
1/2 c of softened butter
For glazing:
6 tbsps of butter
1 pkg (6-oz) of semisweet choco chips
Instructions:
To make cake:
Combine all recipe ingredients for cake together then pour it on a 9×13-pan. Then, bake in your 350 degree oven for about 30 mins. Allow to cool all the way.
Layer of mint:
Combine all recipe ingredients then spread it evenly on your already cool cake. Allow to set.
To make glaze:
Use your double boiler to melt the ingredients for glaze then spread this atop the minty layer. To lessen instances of cracks, score your topmost layer. Place in your chiller for 1.5-2 hrs before slicing into bite-size bars.

Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe II
Ingredients:
1-1/4 c of peanut butter (creamy)
1 c of margarine
2 fresh eggs
3/4 c of sugar (white)
3/4 c of sugar (brown)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2-1/4 c of flour (all purpose)
1 teaspoon of baking powder ((Calumet)
1 teaspoon of soda
Instructions:
Preheat oven (375 degrees F).
Beat the sugars, peanut butter, and margarine until creamy. Mix in vanilla and eggs. Combine Calumet, soda, and flour; then add to the creamy mix. Incorporate well.
Shape dough to small balls then arrange them on a baking sheets 2-inches apart. Slowly flatten the ball diagonally with a sugar dipped fork and bake it (for 12-15 minutes).

Peanut Butter and Banana Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of margarine
1 c of mashed bananas
1 whipped egg-white
1 1/2 c of flour; sifted
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 c of peanut butter
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of soda
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a cooking sheet.
Combine the margarine, the bananas, the egg-white, and the vanilla extract; set aside. Combine the flour, the baking soda, and the sugars. Mix together the two mixtures until well incorporated.
Scoop spoonfuls of the batter on the sheets and arrange them 2 inches apart. Bake for twelve mins or till slightly brown.

After School COokies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of softened butter
1 c of peanut butter
1 1/3 c of sugar (brown); packed
2 pcs egg
2 tsps of vanilla extract
1 tsp of salt
2 tsps of baking soda
1/2 c of wheat germ
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 c of flour (whole wheat)
2 c of oats (quick cooking)
1 tsp cinnamon; ground
1 c of raisin
1/3 c of water
Instructions:
Use your electric mixer to beat vanilla, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter together until it is creamy. Add water and beat eggs into the creamy mixture. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flours and the rest of the ingredients except for the raisins. Mix well with the earlier mixture, then add the raisins. Grease baking sheet and drop ice cream scoop sizes of batter 2.5-inches apart of each other then sightly flatten them.
Set the oven to 350 deg. F and bake for about 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheet then move onto racks. Keep in airtight cookie containers.

Cream Cheese Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2.5 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 c of butter (or margarine); melted
1 c of sugar (white)
1 pc of yolk
6 ozs of cream cheese; melted
Instructions:
Combine the cheese, butter & sugar together, cream well. Add the yolk, flour & vanilla & beat thoroughly. Roll dough out into a log with a 2-inch diameter.
Cover with wax paper & refrigerate until set, for approximately 2 hours. Roll wrapped dough once in a while for it to remain round. Cut into 1/8″ circles and place onto greased baking sheets.
Lastly, bake until you get browned edges or for 8 to 10 mins, at 375 degrees F.
