Caramel Yummy Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
32 pcs of caramel candies (individually wrapped); take of wrapping
5 tbsps of heavy cream
1/2 tsp of soda
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 c of oats; rolled
3/4 c of sugar (brown)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 c of chocolate chips (semisweet)
3/4 c of softened butter
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped
Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F. Melt heavy cream and caramel candies together in your saucepan on low fire then stir frequently to smoothen this caramel mix. In your medium-sized bowl, mix together salt, baking soda, brown sugar, oats and flour.
Next, add in butter just until everything is blended well. Place 1/2 of dough on bottom part of your 9×13-inch pan. Set the other half aside.
Bake crust in oven for about 8 mins. Take out of oven, then sprinkle walnuts and choco chips on top. Spread caramel mix over last layer then drizzle remaining half of your dough as last layer.
Put back in oven then bake until topping is toasted, or for 12 more minutes. Slice into bite-sized squares before cooling.

Molasses Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 fresh egg (large)
3/4 c of margarine
1-1/2 tsp of baking soda
1-1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
2-1/4 c of flour; sifted
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 c of molasses (or maple syrup)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Grease up a cookie sheet.
Combine together the sugar, egg, margarine, baking soda, cinnamon, flour, salt, and molasses in a large bowl. Blend well until lumps disappear and all the ingredients are well incorporated. Scoop a tablespoonful of dough onto the cookie sheet and bake for (minimum of 12 minutes).

Peanut Brittle Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sifted flour
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/2 c of butter (unsalted); softened
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
2 Tbsps of egg; well beaten
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 c of peanuts (salted); chopped finely
1/4 tsp of baking soda
Instructions:
Combine together baking soda, cinnamon, and flour; set aside. Beat the sugar and softened butter until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract; mix well then add half the peanuts then combine into the mixed flour. Mix well until lumps disappear.
Transfer dough onto a cooking sheet then brush it w/ leftover beaten egg. Spread over remaining nuts and bake inside the oven at 325 degrees F for about 20 to 25 mins. Slice while hot then serve.

Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour; sifted
1/2 c of sugar (white)
1 tsp of salt
1/4 c of butter (unsalted)
1/2 c of Crisco
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsps of hot water
1 Tbsp of milk
2 tsps of lemon zest
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine salt with sugar, and flour in a bowl; mix well and set it aside. Combine Crisco with butter, hot water, and milk; beat them well. Add in egg yolks, vanilla, and lemon zest; mix thoroughly. Add into the mixed flour; stir to incorporate well.
Roll the dough to make a 1/8-inch thick roll. Cut to shapes and place cooking sheet then bake inside the oven at 400 degrees F for about 6 to 9 minutes.

Southern Pecan Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of flour; sifted
1/4 tsp of powder (baking)
1/4 c of butter
1/3 c of sugar (brown); paced firmly
1/4 c of pecans; finely chopped
For the topping:
3/4 c of corn syrup (dark)
2 pcs of eggs
1/4 c of sugar (brown); packed firmly
2 Tbsps of flour
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 c of pecans; chopped
30 pcs of pecans; cut into two
Instructions:
Sift flour together with the baking powder. Mix butter with sugar and cream thoroughly. Put dry ingredients. Using a mixer, (a spoon will also do) mix the ingredients completely ’til it achieves a coarse meal-like texture.
Add in pecans, and mix again. Even out firmly in bottom part of a pan 8 x 9 inch in size (greased). Bake for about 10 mins. (350 degrees F).
Blend the 2 pcs of eggs ’til foamy. Mix 3/4 c of corn syrup, 1/4 c of sugar, 2 Tbsps of flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, together w/ a tsp of vanilla; then blend thoroughly. Pour mixture into half-done cooked crust.
Shower with 3/4 c of pecans and arrange the pecans cut into two on top of the mixture. Then, cook again the oven for about half an hour.

Chewy Sugar Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of butter
3/4 c of sugar
1 Tbsp of milk
1/3 c of oil
1.5 tsp of almond extract
1.5 c of flour
1 pc of egg
1.5 tsps of baking powder
1 Tbsp of sugar
1/4 tsps of salt
Instructions:
Set oven at 375 degrees F.
Using a bowl (large), beat together the first 5 ingredients together w/ the pc of egg ’til mixture becomes fluffy and light. Blend in the baking powder, salt, and flour and stir again.
Place mixture into a pan (15 x 10) and drizzle w/ 1 Tbsp of sugar. Cook in the oven for approximately 12 minutes.
