Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

2.5 cups of flour
2 pieces eggs
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda
a cup for each of the following:
butter
peanut butter
sugar
sugar (brown)

Instructions:

Combine 2.5 cups flour, pinches of salt and baking soda. Combine 1 cup butter with 1 cup of peanut butter. Then add 1 cup of each sugar and mix thoroughly. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Bake in oven at 375 degrees F (approximately 10-12 minutes).

Peanuttiest Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of flour; sifted
2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of butter; softened
1 c of sugar (white)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
1 c of peanut butter (crunchy)
2 fresh eggs (large)
1-1/2 c of semisweet chocolate flakes
1 c of peanut butter flakes

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients together and incorporate well. Scoop spoonfuls of batter and arrange two inches apart onto a baking sheet (greased). Bake at 350 degrees F until slightly brown.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe


Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of sugar
2 tsps.of vanilla
1 tsp. of baking soda
2 c of flour
1 1/4 c of butter
3/4 c of cocoa powder for baking
1/2 tsp. of salt
2 pcs. of eggs
1 pkg. of peanut-butter flavored chips (10 ozs)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (350 degrees F).

Mix sugar & butter together in large bowl. Set a power mixer to medium then beat until light & fluffy. Beat in eggs & vanilla.

Combine cocoa, soda, flour & salt in a separate bowl. Blend together until creamy. Add in peanut-butter chips. Arrange dollops of the mixture onto cookie sheets (ungreased), leaving a 2-inch space between each dollop.

Next, bake in oven for about 8-9 mins. Soft cookies should be left cooling on sheet for about a minute or until they have set. Move to cooling racks.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls (No Bake) Recipe


Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls (No Bake) Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of butter; softened
1.5 c of peanut butter
2 c of choco chips (semisweet)
1 tsp. of vanilla (extract)
1 Tbsp of shortening
1 lb. of sugar (powdered)

Instructions:

Mix the butter (or margarine), sugar, vanilla, and peanut altogether. Blend well. Put inside the freezer ’til mixture becomes firm (about an hour). Shape into 1-inch ballls; then put onto wax paper.

Melt choco chips together with shortening in upper half of double-boiler, constantly stirring. Next, dip the balls in liquid chocolate using toothpick. Place choco-coated balls carefully on wax paper. Then chill ’til chocolate has hardened

Peanut Butter Surprise Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1-1/2 c of flour; sifted
1/2 c of sugar (white)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 c of corn syrup (light)
1/2 c of shortening (softened)
1/3 c of peanut butter
Apple-Butter Preserves

Instructions:

Combine the Calumet, salt, sugar, and flour. Sift it together; and then cut in shortening, as well as peanut butter, till mixture achieves a coarse meal-like texture. Mix in syrup.

Transfer dough onto a parchment paper then roll it long. Chill then cut into thin slices. Arrange half the sliced dough onto the sheet and spread the jam over it then cover it with the other slices of dough. Seal the edges of sandwiched dough with fork and bake inside the oven for 350 degrees F (15 to 18 minutes)

Fudge Fantasies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pkg. or 2 c of choco chips (12 ozs, semisweet)
2/3 c of sugar
1 c of nutmeats; chopped
1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
2 pcs. eggs (large)
1 tsp of vanilla
2 Tbsp. of butter
1/4 tsp of baking powder
2 ozs of chocolate (unsweetened); crushed

Instructions:

In heavy saucepan, mix half of choco chips, chocolate (unsweetened) together with butter. Next, cook over low heat & stir until it melts. Take away from the heat.

Mix in sugar, vanilla, flour, eggs plus baking powder, then beat mixture until smooth. Scrape saucepan’s sides every now and then. Add in remaining choco chips & nuts.

Arrange dollops of dough on a baking sheet (greased), leaving a 2-inch space between each dollop. Next, bake until surfaces crack slightly or look dull, or for about 8-10 mins. Move to cooling racks

Neapolitan Cookies Recipe


Neapolitan Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1.5 c of sugar (white)
1 c of butter (unsalted); softened
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of almond extract
1 fresh egg
2.5 c of flour (all purpose); sifted
1.5 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 oz of melted chocolate (unsweetened)
1/2 c of nuts (walnuts); chopped
1.5 tsps of food coloring (red, approx. 5 drops)

Instructions:

Grease up a 9×5x5 inch metal pan and line the base with parchment paper.

Beat the sugar and butter inside a mixing bowl until it becomes creamy then add vanilla and eggs. Mix in Calumet, salt, and flour. Divide the batter into 3 equal parts then place them on bowls.

On the first bowl, add red coloring and almond extract; incorporate well. On the second, add chocolates; stir. On the last, fold in walnuts.

Pour almond batter onto the base of pan then carefully pour atop walnut batter and lastly pour the chocolate batter on top. Cover the batter with parchment paper then refrigerate for four hours.

Next, preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Invert pan to remove the concoction and remove paper. Slice into small thin bars then place on baking sheets 1 inch apart then bake inside the oven for 10-12 mins until golden brown. After completely cooled, serve in squares.

Fudge Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of nuts; chopped
2 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
1 can milk (sweetened, condensed)
1 c of flour
9 ozs of choco chips
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven at 325 degrees F.

Melt choco chips together with butter, over boiling water. Add in the milk. Then, mix in nuts, flour plus vanilla. Blend well.

Afterward, drop teaspoonfuls of the dough on greased cookie sheet. Next, bake in oven for approximately 10 to 15 mins. Careful not to overbake.
