Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1-1/2 c of cracker crumbs (Graham)
3 Tbsps of sugar (white)
1/4 c of melted Crisco (butter flavor)
1 Tbsp of milk
For the Filling:
8 oz of softened cream cheese
1/4 c of peanut butter (creamy)
1/4 c of sugar (white)
1 fresh egg
1/2 c of chopped nuts
For the Topping:
1/4 c chocolate flakes (semisweet)
1 tsp of Crisco (butter flavor)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
To make the crust, combine the cracker crumbs with the sugar into a bowl; set aside. Combine together the melted Crisco with the milk then mix into the mixture of crumbs. Spread onto an 8-inch square pan and press down firmly. Bake in the oven for twenty mins.
To make the filling, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add egg, sugar, and milk; beat thoroughly. Fold in nuts and pour onto the baked base. Place it back in the oven and bake again for twenty minutes.
To make the topping, melt the chocolate flakes and Crisco; stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and spread it over the baked cookies and refrigerate. Cut to squares.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Pinwheels Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (white)
1/2 c of peanut butter
1/2 c of vegetable shortening
2 Tbsps of milk
1 fresh egg (large)
2-1/4 c of flour; sifted
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking soda
6 oz of chocolate flakes
Instructions:
Beat the vegetable shortening with the sugar till fluffy and light. Add in milk, peanut butter, and egg. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt then mix onto the creamy mix. Incorporate well.
Transfer dough onto a parchment paper then roll to a rectangle (15×8 inches). Afterward, place choco flakes in a heat-proof bowl. Melt choco flakes (over hot water). Let it cool for a while. Evenly pour melted choco flakes atop dough; and then roll it up.
Refrigerate for half an hour then slice thinly and place on a baking sheet then bake at 375 degrees F (for about 8-10 minutes).

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of softened butter (unsalted)
1/4 c of softened shortening
1/2 c of sugar (white)
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
1 fresh egg (large)
1-1/4 c of flour; sifted
3/4 tsp of baking soda
2 pinches of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
favorite jam or jelly
peanut butter
Instructions:
Combine butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg, and shortening in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Add in flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder then incorporate well. Cover with waxed paper and refrigerate.
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Mold dough to small balls and place on the greased cooking sheets 2-inches apart then bake for about ten minutes. Set aside to cool then place jelly in between cookies like sandwiches and serve.

Pumpkin Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter (softened)
1/2 c of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 c of pumpkin; cooked
1/2 c of nuts (if desired); chopped
1 pc of egg
1 c of flour
1.5 tsp of spice (pumpkin pie)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of powder (baking)
1/2 c of raisins
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Using a big bowl, mix the following: sugar, butter, pumpkin, vanilla, and egg. Combine well.
Blend in one cup of flour, a half teaspoon of powder, one and a half teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, plus a quarter of a teaspoon of salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, then, add raisins, then, chopped nuts.
Form mixture into balls, and drop 2 in. apart into a baking sheet. Cook mixture in an oven for about 12-15 mins.

Pumpkin Spice Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of shortening
4 tsp of extract (vanilla)
2 c of sugar
1 c of pumpkin (15 ounce) (100%PRCTG% pure)
2 pcs of eggs
2 tsp of powder (baking)
4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp of soda (baking)
2 tsp of cinnamon; ground
2 c of raisins
1 tsp of salt
1 c of nuts (chopped)
1/4 tsp of cloves
1 tsp of allspice
For frosting:
4 tsps of flavoring (rum)
4 c of sugar; powdered
4 Tbsps of milk; evaporated
2/3 c of butter
Instructions:
Set oven at 350 degrees F.
Blend sugar plus 2 c of shortening placed in big bowl for about half a minute using a mixer (electric) in moderate speed. Beat in 100%PRCTG% Pure Pumpkin, two eggs, plus the first 2 tsps of vanilla extract. Blend thoroughly.
Sieve together all-purpose flour, cinnamon (ground), baking powder, allspice, baking soda, and salt. Blend ’til it becomes creamy using low-level speed. Add in nuts and raisins.
Drop dollops of dough onto the baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 12-15 min or ’til edges brown. Let it cool to prior to moving it to a wire rack.
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting. Using a medium-sized bowl, blend in rum flavoring, butter, and last 2 tsps of vanilla. Also, add the milk and sugar.
Blend ’til mixture becomes even and frosting thins. Frost cookie to your preference. This recipe yields 60 cookie pieces.

Pumpkin Patch Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
A dash of cinnamon
3/4 c of sugar
1/2 c of butter; melted
1 kg of yellow cake mix; reserve 1 c for topping
1 can of milk; evaporated
1 big can of pumpkin pie mix (w/ spices)
1 tsp of vanilla
3 pcs of egg
For the toppings:
1 c of cake mix; reserved
1/4 c of butter; softened
1/4 c of sugar
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix together yellow cake mix, butter (melted), and a piece of egg. Even out the mixture in a pan (13 x 9 in.; greased). Combine the pumpkin pie mix, vanilla, the remaining eggs, sugar, and a dash of cinnamon.
Whisk ’til mixture is thoroughly blended and place it on bottom part of pan. Afterward, combine the four ingredients for the topping. Once done, dust it on the topmost part of first mixture as toppings.
Cook in the oven for about 45-50 mins at 350 degrees F.
