Healthy Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of flour (all purpose); sifted
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 3/4 c rolled oats
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 c of sugar (white)
1/2 c of raisins
1 fresh egg
1/2 c of chocolate flakes (semisweet)
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped
1/2 c of shortening; melted
1/2 c of butter (unsalted); melted
1 Tbsp molasses
1/4 c milk
4 pinches of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
Combine cinnamon, flour, salt, and baking soda inside a mixing bowl. Add in the oats, sugar, raisins, egg, shortening, butter, molasses, and milk; incorporate well. Fold in the chocolate flakes and walnuts.
Scoop teaspoonfuls of the batter on the baking sheets; arrange them on one and a half inch apart and bake in the oven for twelve minutes.

Ranger Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of soda
1/2 c of shortening
1 c of flour
1 pc of egg
1/2 c of sugar
1/4 tsp of powder (baking)
1/2 c of sugar (brown); packed
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 c of oats (quick cooking)
1 c of cereal (whole wheat)
1/2 c of coconut; shredded
1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (375 degrees F). Blend the following ingredients thoroughly: sugar, shortening, egg, sugar (brown), vanilla. Blend in what remains of all the other ingredients.
Pour mixture in rounded teaspoons about two inches away from each other into a baking sheet (ungreased). Then, cook in the oven for 10 mins, after which take the cookies from the baking sheet.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies (No Bake) Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of margarine
3 tbsps of cocoa
3 c of uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c of milk
1/2 c of peanut butter
1.5 c of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla

Raisin Bran Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of flour (whole wheat)
1 tsp of soda (baking)
1 c of butter
1/2 c of peanut butter
1 1/4 c of sugar (brown); packed
3/4 c of cereal (whole bran)
2 pcs of eggs
2.5 c of raisins
1 tsp of extract (vanilla)
2 c of oats; rolled
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Line a cookie sheet w/ foil (aluminum) or a baking paper.
Using a big pan, liquefy butter in moderate-level heat, plus add sugar plus peanut butter; whisk ’til melted. Take pan out of the burner and move contents into a big bowl. Blend whole cereal.
Blend vanilla extract and 2 eggs. Stir thoroughly, and then add in oats and raisins. Stir again ’til mixed well.
Sift the baking soda together with flour; then blend into the mixture. Make sure that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Drop individual dollops of dough onto foil-lined baking sheets.
Using a water-dipped fork, roll out the dollops to a thickness of about half an inch. Cook in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Overturn the sheet one time while baking.
Set cookies aside on a wire rack ’til it cools.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of shortening
2 fresh eggs (large)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1-1/2 c of flour; sifted
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 tsp of soda
1-1/2 c of raisins
3 c of oats
Instructions:
Combine the soda, cinnamon, flour, and salt inside a mixing bowl; blend well and set it aside. Combine the sugars, vanilla, shortening, and eggs; blend well. Combine the two mixtures and incorporate well; stir in the oats and raisins then mix them well
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F (for 10-12 minutes).

Peanut Butter Chocolate Pinwheels Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (white)
1/2 c of peanut butter
1/2 c of vegetable shortening
2 Tbsps of milk
1 fresh egg (large)
2-1/4 c of flour; sifted
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking soda
6 oz of chocolate flakes
Instructions:
Beat the vegetable shortening with the sugar till fluffy and light. Add in milk, peanut butter, and egg. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt then mix onto the creamy mix. Incorporate well.
Transfer dough onto a parchment paper then roll to a rectangle (15×8 inches). Afterward, place choco flakes in a heat-proof bowl. Melt choco flakes (over hot water). Let it cool for a while. Evenly pour melted choco flakes atop dough; and then roll it up.
Refrigerate for half an hour then slice thinly and place on a baking sheet then bake at 375 degrees F (for about 8-10 minutes).

Rice Krispies Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 c of sugar (white)
1 c of oil (salad)
1 pc of egg
1 tsp of cream of tartar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 c of oatmeal
3 and 1/2 c of flour
1 c of cereal (Rice Krispies); sweetened
1 c of margarine
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped
1 c of coconut
Instructions:
Mix together margarine, brown and white sugar, salad oil and egg, whisk thoroughly. Then, add the vanilla, cream of tartar, and the flour, mix again.
Lastly, stir in oatmeal, coconut, Rice Krispies and chopped nuts. Before cooking the mixture in the oven, press it evenly using fork. Transfer to a baking sheet (greased). Cook in the oven (350 degrees F) for about 10-12 minutes.

Double Good Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of butter (about 2 bars); softened
2 1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/3 c of cocoa (powdered, unsweetened)
1 tsp. of salt
2 c of chocolate morsels (semi-sweet)
1 tsp of soda
3/4 c of sugar (brown); packed firmly
2 pcs of eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1 c of walnuts; broken
Instructions:
In small bowl, mix flour, salt, cocoa, as well as baking soda. Then, in larger bowl, combine butter, vanilla plus sugar. Beat thoroughly until smooth.
Next, beat in the eggs; then, add the contents of the small bowl. Blend well. Add in choco chips together with walnuts. Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of an hour, to make the dough stiff.
Place rounded tablespoonfuls of the mixture on baking sheets (ungreased). Bake it in oven at 375 degrees F until the edges set or for 10 mins. Leave for 1 min. on baking sheet. Move to cooling racks.
