Eggnog Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of candy; (butterscotch flavor, crushed finely)
1 c of sugar
1/4 c of eggnog
1/4 tsp of salt
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
3/4 tsp of baking powder
2/3 c of butter; (unsalted)
1 pc egg
1/2 tsp of nutmeg; grated fresh
Instructions:
Combine powdered ingredients together. Slice the butter into pea-sized pieces. Create an opening at the center.
Then in smaller bowl, then beat egg well together w/ eggnog. Next, pour egg mixture in to the opening & stir ’til you get a moist dough. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hrs.
Preheat oven (350 degrees F). Stretch foil over baking sheet & grease lightly. Roll dough to 1/4″ thick out on flour-dusted surface.
Cut cookies using a large cookie cutter. Next, cut centers out using small cookie cutter. Roll the remaining dough & cut again.
Arrange cookies 1″ apart on prepared baking sheet. Next, drizzle candy bits onto the cookie’s center. Bake until edges brown lightly or for about 8 to 10 mins.
Leave cookies to cool on baking sheet for about 5 mins. Remove foil w/ cookies still on it, to cooling rack.
When cookies have cooled completely, take foil away from cookie bottoms. Spread eggnog glaze on top & drizzle with more candy bits. You may also add nutmeg to taste.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Squares Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of sugar
1.5 c of sugar
1/4 c of cornstarch
9 ozs whipped cream
1/2 c of water
1 pkg (13.5 oz) of cracker crumbs (Graham)
3 c of blueberries; washed & drained
3/4 c of butter; softened
2 pkgs (8-oz) of cream cheese
2 tsps of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix blueberries, water, sugar & cornstarch together in saucepan. Place on medium flame, continue to stir as it thickens then set aside to cool. Mix butter and Graham crumbs together.
Line foil on 13×9-inch pan bottom and pour half of the mixture(crumb) over it. Press down lightly. Soften cheese then gradually add the vanilla and sugar.
Add whipped cream and fold into your mixture. Put spoonfuls of batter over the graham crust then spread evenly with spatula. Pour blueberry sauce and spread it out using your spatula.
Then, spread another layer of cheese batter then top with the remainder of your crumbs mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Cake Mix Cream Cheese Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of softened butter/margarine
1 yolk of egg
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
A pkg of Yellow Cake Mix
A pkg (8-oz) of softened cream cheese
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mix butter, cheese, yolk & vanilla then blend well. Divide cake powder mix into 3 parts, add to mixture one after another, stirring thoroughly after every addition. When you’re going to be using a mixer, mix the last part of your cake mix using your hands.
Refrigerate in covered container for an hour. Next, preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Arrange teaspoonfuls on your ungreased cookie sheet. Then, bake until brown/golden in color, or for approximately 8 to 12 mins.

Grandma’s Best Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
For Cookie:
1 c of sugar
3/4 c of butter
2 pcs of eggs
2.5 c of flour
1/4 tsp of vanilla
a tsp of baking powder
a tsp of salt
For Frosting:
1.5 c of sugar (powdered); sifted
3 Tbsps of butter
2 Tbsps of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla
a dash of salt
Instructions:
For the cookies, cream 3/4 cup of butter with a cup of sugar. Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 eggs. Sift 2.5 cups of flour with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Add dry mixture to wet ingredients and mix very well. Allow to chill.
Spread on floured board with 1/2″ thick. Cut dough into different shapes and arrange on cookie sheets, ungreased, for about 8 to 10 minutes (400 degrees F). Allow to cool. For the frosting, cream 3 tablespoon butter then beat the ingredients thoroughly ’til fluffy and light.

Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
cake mix (any type)
2 tbsps of water
1/2 c of oil
2 pcs egg
A tsp of extract (almond, vanilla or lemon)
1/2 c of walnuts/pecans
Instructions:
Pour contents of cake powder mix in a bowl and blend with the rest of the ingredients. Based on desired cookie size, drop teaspoonfuls or tablespoonfuls of the batter on a bowl with powdered sugar. Roll until shaped like a tiny ball.
Bake for 8 to 10 mins with temperature 350 degreesF.
To help you pick out extracts, almond is great with Devil’s Food, while Yellow Cake Mix is delicious with lemon or vanilla. Almond also enhances flavor with White Cake Mix.

Fruitful Nutty Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of butter (or margarine)
2 c of sugar (brown)
2 c of sugar (white)
4 pcs. eggs
2 tsps of vanilla extract
1 pc. orange (juice squeezed and rind grated)
4 c of flour
2 tsps. of baking powder
2 c of oats (old-fashioned); rolled
2 tsps. of salt
2 tsps. of soda
3 c of granola (orange almond, or any flavor)
2 c of choco chips (white)
2 c of choco chips (semi-sweet)
3 c of raisins
3 c of nutmeats; chopped
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F.
Cream sugars & butter together. Add vanilla, eggs, & orange juice & rind, blend well. Sift the powder ingredients together.
Pour in to egg mixture & blend until smooth. Next, add in oats, choco chips, nuts, raisins & granola. Shape dough into balls & drop on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until edges turn light brown or for about 8-10 mins. This is best served when just out of oven. Remember, dough can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer, so bake as necessary to keep cookies fresh.

Grandma’s Chocolate Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
For Cookies:
1 c of packed sugar (brown)
2 squares chocolate (unsweetened, 1 oz.); melted
1/2 c of shortening
1 pc of egg
1 c of walnuts (optional); chopped
1/2 c of buttermilk
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 c of flour (cake)
1/4 tsp of salt
For the Frosting:
2 c of sugar (confectioners’)
1/4 c of butter
3 Tbsps of powder cocoa
2 Tbsp of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Cream 1/2 cup buttermilk with 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup shortening, liquefied chocolate and an egg. Add 1 cup walnuts, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1.5 cups cake flour. Beat mixture until it is smooth.
With spoon, drop dough on greased baking sheet. Bake about 12-15 minutes. Prepare the frosting.
Mix 1/4 cup butter, 2 cups confectioners’ sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons milk together. Add a little more of the milk gradually to gain the desired consistency. Apply on cookies while warm.
