Chocolate Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of cocoa for baking
1.5 c of flour
1 pc egg yolk
1/2 c of sugar
3/4 c of softened butter
A tsp of almond extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Cream sugar and butter together in mixing bowl until fluffy and light. Beat in yolk & almond extract using your electric mixer set to medium, blend well.
Stir cocoa and flour together then slowly combine with butter mix. Blend thoroughly every time you add. Arrange rounded teaspoonfuls of dough an inch away from each other on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for about 7-9 mins. Move onto cooling racks. This will make 24 pieces.

French Almond Meringues Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg chocolate pieces (6 ozs, semi-sweet)
1 c of sugar
3 pcs whites of egg
1/3 c of almonds; blanched then sliced finely
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Melt choco chips over some hot water, but do not bring to a boil. Take away from heat & leave to cool for approximately 5 mins.
Mix vanilla & egg whites in another bowl. Beat well until it stiffens, but remain moist. Slowly add in sugar & until it becomes even more stiff. Stir in almonds & softened chocolate.
Put teaspoonfuls of the mixture on greased baking sheet. Lastly, bake for about 10 to 12 mins. at 350 degrees F.

Butter Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter
1 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of sugar
1/3 c of powdered sugar; to garnish
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
Instructions:
Set mixer to medium, beat the butter for about 30 secs. Continue to beat while adding in sugar until light and fluffy. Change to slow speed, add the flour then beat together until smoothly mixed.
Fold in chopped up pecans and roll into 1-inch balls. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 20 mins at around 325 deg. fahrenheit. Move to cooling racks then roll generously in powdered sugar.

Monster Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
12 fresh eggs (large)
2 lbs of sugar (brown)
4 c of sugar (white)
1 lb of butter (unsalted)
16 c of oatmeal
3 lbs of peanut butter
1 lb of M&M’s chocolate (plain)
1 lb of chocolate flakes or chips
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
8 tsps of baking soda
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine together the eggs, sugars, butter, oatmeal, peanut butter, M&M’s, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Make sure everything is well incorporated. Scoop up a teaspoonful of batter onto
the baking sheet then bake in the oven (350 degrees F) for about twelve mins.

Butterfinger Lovers Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c of flour
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of baking soda
3/4 c of sugar
1 pc egg
1/2 c of margarine/butter; softened
3 pcs (2.1-ozs each) Butterfinger Bars; chopped coarse
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees F. Mix butter and sugar in large bowl and cream well. Combine soda, flour & salt, then slowly add to butter cream while beating egg in.
Fold in the chopped candy bars. Arrange tablespoonfuls of round dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until cookies brown lightly or for about 10-12 mins. Leave on sheet for a couple minutes, then move to cooling racks for complete cooling.

Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter
1 tsp of extract from almonds
1/2 c of sugar
2 1/3 c of flour
Instructions:
Cream butter. Slowly add the sugar & continue beating till it becomes fluffy & light. Beat the egg in together with the almond.
Slowly add in your flour. Next, fill up your cookie press with around 1/4 c of your dough 1 after the other. Make your desired cookie shapes directly on the ungreased baking/cookie sheet. Then, bake in your oven for about 8-10 mins. at around 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Butter Tart Recipe
Ingredients:
For Crust:
2 tbsp sugar (brown)
1 c of flour
1/2 c of butter
1/4 tsp of salt
2 eggs(beaten)
1/2 c of oats; rolled
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 c of coconuts; flaked
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 c of packed sugar (brown)
1/2 c of nuts; chopped
Instructions:
Oven should be preheated at 350 deg. fahrenheit and grease a 9×9-inch pan. Grab a mixing bowl then mix flour & brown sugar. Add butter and beat until this mixture looks crumbly. Pour in your greased pan then press it down to make crust.
Bake crust inside your oven for about 15 mins, taking care not to completely cook it fully. In separate bowl, mix eggs & remainder of your brown sugar. Blend together salt, oats & baking powder.
Next, blend the oat mixture in with your egg and sugar mix. Add vanilla, coconut & nuts. Eveny spread this on your crust in the pan. Then, bake in oven for 20 mins. After cooling, slice them up into bite-sized squares.
