Monster Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
12 fresh eggs (large)
2 lbs of sugar (brown)
4 c of sugar (white)
1 lb of butter (unsalted)
16 c of oatmeal
3 lbs of peanut butter
1 lb of M&M’s chocolate (plain)
1 lb of chocolate flakes or chips
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
8 tsps of baking soda
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine together the eggs, sugars, butter, oatmeal, peanut butter, M&M’s, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Make sure everything is well incorporated. Scoop up a teaspoonful of batter onto
the baking sheet then bake in the oven (350 degrees F) for about twelve mins.

Cinnamon Bun Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs. eggs
1/2 c of butter (or margarine); melted
3 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c of sugar (white)
2 tsps of baking powder
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 Tbsp of cinnamon; ground
1/2 c of shortening (butter-flavored)
1 c of sugar (light brown)
1 tsp. of salt
For Filling:
2 tsps of cinnamon; ground
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
1/4 c of butter (or margarine)
Instructions:
Mix shortening, butter, as well as sugars, together in large mixing bowl. Then, cream until well-blended. Add eggs 1 after another; and then blend in vanilla.
Next, combine all the dry ingredients together; and then then add in to the cream mixture. After that, cover it; and then place inside refrigerator for a minimum of 1.5 hours.
Meanwhile, preheat oven (375 degrees F).
Mix filling ingredients together in microwable dish. Then, heat and stir constantly ’til butter melts & mixture becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into two parts. Knead each part out on plastic wrapper or flour-dusted surface. Form into two 12×6″ rectangles. Spoon a third of the filling on top of each.
Next, roll again; and then shape each into a long log then slice into 1″ cuts. Place cookies 3″ apart on baking sheet. Bake in oven for about 8-10 minutes then remove (using spatula).

Hazelnut Linzer Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
a cup of sugar
12 ounces of butter (room temp.)
14 ounces hazelnuts (ground & toasted)
2 pieces of eggs
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoons of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 teaspoon of nutmeg
3 1/4 cups of flour
Raspberry jam
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (325 degrees F).
Toast hazelnuts then remove skins. Process in grinder for coffee. Using Kitchen Aid bowl, utilize the attached paddle or your hand to cream sugar and butter together. Then drop eggs gradually and add hazelnuts.
Using another bowl, put together baking powder, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and salt. In thirds, pour this dry mixture on the previously made wet ones, stirring ’til they combined well. Create balls of 1″ from dough and arrange on baking sheets about 1.5 inches away from each other.
Create a well on center portions of cookies using your finger. Put 1 teaspoon jam on these spaces. Bake cookies (12 minutes) and turn tray around when done. Return to oven, then continue baking (another 12 minutes).

Golden Stars Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups of flour; sifted
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of butter
1 teaspoon of almond (extract)
1/4 cup of sugar
a dash of salt
a piece of egg
For Filling:
1 1/4 cups of pecans or walnuts; very finely chopped or ground
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of butter, melted
a dash of salt
a drop of maple flavoring
Instructions:
Prepare the filling by mixing 1 1/4 cups walnuts or pecans, 1/3 cup sugar, salt, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 2 tablespoons water and maple flavoring. Set it aside.
Sift baking powder with flour. Cream butter with sugar and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon almond extract, egg and salt. Add baking powder and flour. Mix thoroughly.
Spread dough into 1/8″ thick on floured board and cut into star shapes. Add 1 teaspoon of filling on each of star’s center. Let the five star points meet upwards and pinch together, showing the filling on the sides. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 7 to 10 minutes (400 degrees F), or ’til slightly gold-brown in color.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls (No Bake) Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter; softened
1.5 c of peanut butter
2 c of choco chips (semisweet)
1 tsp. of vanilla (extract)
1 Tbsp of shortening
1 lb. of sugar (powdered)
Instructions:
Mix the butter (or margarine), sugar, vanilla, and peanut altogether. Blend well. Put inside the freezer ’til mixture becomes firm (about an hour). Shape into 1-inch ballls; then put onto wax paper.
Melt choco chips together with shortening in upper half of double-boiler, constantly stirring. Next, dip the balls in liquid chocolate using toothpick. Place choco-coated balls carefully on wax paper. Then chill ’til chocolate has hardened

Peanut Butter Surprise Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of flour; sifted
1/2 c of sugar (white)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 c of corn syrup (light)
1/2 c of shortening (softened)
1/3 c of peanut butter
Apple-Butter Preserves
Instructions:
Combine the Calumet, salt, sugar, and flour. Sift it together; and then cut in shortening, as well as peanut butter, till mixture achieves a coarse meal-like texture. Mix in syrup.
Transfer dough onto a parchment paper then roll it long. Chill then cut into thin slices. Arrange half the sliced dough onto the sheet and spread the jam over it then cover it with the other slices of dough. Seal the edges of sandwiched dough with fork and bake inside the oven for 350 degrees F (15 to 18 minutes)

Double Good Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of butter (about 2 bars); softened
2 1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/3 c of cocoa (powdered, unsweetened)
1 tsp. of salt
2 c of chocolate morsels (semi-sweet)
1 tsp of soda
3/4 c of sugar (brown); packed firmly
2 pcs of eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1 c of walnuts; broken
Instructions:
In small bowl, mix flour, salt, cocoa, as well as baking soda. Then, in larger bowl, combine butter, vanilla plus sugar. Beat thoroughly until smooth.
Next, beat in the eggs; then, add the contents of the small bowl. Blend well. Add in choco chips together with walnuts. Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of an hour, to make the dough stiff.
Place rounded tablespoonfuls of the mixture on baking sheets (ungreased). Bake it in oven at 375 degrees F until the edges set or for 10 mins. Leave for 1 min. on baking sheet. Move to cooling racks.
