Banana Spice Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c shortening (Crisco)
1 c of bananas (ripe);mashed
2 pcs of egg
2 c of flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsps of baking powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 c of sugar(brown); packed
1/4 tsp of ground cloves
1/2 c of chopped walnuts
1/2 c of raisin
Instructions:
In your mixing bowl, blend brown sugar and shortening until creamy. Beat in eggs & the bananas. Next, mix all remaining ingredients except nuts & your raisins, then add into creamed mix.
Once blended, drop nuts as well as the raisins then blend well. Refrigerate dough until set.
Arrange round teaspoonfuls on your greased cookie sheets. Lastly, bake until color turns brown, or for 8 to 10 mins. at 350 degrees F.

Blueberry Morning Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 tbsp of baking powder
2 big eggs
3/4 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of pecans; chopped
3/4 c of butter
1.5 c of sugar
1/3 c of milk
1 1/4 c of blueberries (fresh)
2 tsps of grated rind of a lemon
Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Mix together baking powder, flour & salt in your bowl, then put it aside. Next, in another bowl, use electric mixer (speed: medium) to beat butter, cream & sugar till it becomes fluffy & light.
Beat in eggs thouroughly. Next, add in flour mix, alternating milk until it becomes smooth. Make sure to begin and end with adding flour mix.
Carefully fold blueberries, rind and pecans in till well-blended.
Take heaping tablespoons of batter and arrange on greased sheets 2 inches away from each other. Bake until edges turn light brown (about 10-12 mins.).

Vanilla Refrigerator Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of flour; sifted
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of soda
1/2 c of soft shortening
1/3 c of nuts; chopped
1 c of sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pc of egg
Instructions:
Mix flour, salt and baking soda together. Then, mix also the egg, sugar, vanilla, and soft shortening. Beat the mixture ’til it becomes fluffy and light.
Add the flour mix plus nuts into the previous mixture. Place dough into a wax paper. Mold into a (long) roll w/ a diameter of about two inches.
Let dough cool in the fridge for a couple of hours ’til firm. Cut into 1/8- to 1/4-inch slices each. Put into cookie sheet (ungreased). Cook in the oven for about ten minutes (375 degrees F).

Orange Slice Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of candy (orange); finely sliced
3-1/2 oz coconut flakes
2-1/4 c of condensed milk (sweetened)
1 tsp of orange extract
1 c of pecans; chopped
1 tsp of vanilla extract
confectioner; sifted
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 275 degrees F. Grease a 15×10x1-1/2 inch baking pan.
Combine the orange candy, coconut flakes, condensed milk, orange extract, pecans, and vanilla extract inside a large bowl; incorporate well. Transfer the batter onto the pan and bake for half an hour. Take the pan out from oven.
While mixture is still very hot, drop a spoonful (into a bowl) then roll onto the confectioner and form small balls. Place it on the racks and let it cool.

Magic Cookie Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of margarine; liquefied
1 c of walnuts; chopped
1 c of chips (chocolate)
1 1/3 c of coconut
1 1/3 c of milk (condensed, sweetened)
1/2 c of Graham Cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Spread the margarine on a 9″ x 13″ baking pan and add the crumbs, the walnuts, the chips of chocolate and the coconut one on top of the other. Slowly pour the milk on top and bake in 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 mins ’til light brown in color.

Cherry Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c of shortening
1 c of sugar
2/3 c of butter
2 pcs of egg
2 tsps of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking soda
3 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp of salt
1 c of sugar (brown); packed
2 c of baking chips (cherry flavor)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven up to 375 degrees fahrenheit. In large mixing bowl, butter, shortening, brown and white sugar should then be creamed together. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Sift flour, soda & salt together then add this to your creamed mix. Lastly, add in cherry baking chips.Arrange spoonfuls of batter on baking sheets then bake until edges turn golden (8-10 mins.).

Angel Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps of vanilla extract
2 tsps of salt
1 c of sugar (brown); packed
2 pcs of eggs
1 c of sugar
4.5 c of flour (all-purpose)
2 tsps of baking soda
1 c of walnuts; chopped
2 tsps of cream of tartar
Instructions:
Stir sugars, Crisco & butter together until creamy. Beat in one egg after another then blend them well. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Gingersnaps Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar
3/4 c of shortening
1/4 c of molasses
1 pc of egg; well-beaten
2 c of flour; sifted
2 tsp of soda; sifted
a tsp of cinnamon; sifted
a tsp of ginger; sifted
a tsp of cloves; sifted
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Grease the baking sheets. Set it aside.
Combine sugar and shortening. Cream thoroughly together and add the egg and molasses. Combine sifted ingredients and add unto the creamy mixture. Then beat ’til smooth.
Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and pass through over addt’l sugar. Arrange each pieces 2″ away from each other on a greased cookie sheet and bake inside the oven ’til the cookie edges turn brown.

Golden Apricot Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of flour
1.5 cups of oatmeal
a cup of nuts; chopped finely
a cup of sugar
a pinch of salt
a teaspoon of baking powder
2 cups of jam (apricot)
cup of butter, melted
Instructions:
Blend 1.5 cups flour, 1.5 cups oatmeal, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup nuts, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Add the butter. Coat two-thirds of this mixture on the 13″ x 9″ baking pan. Pour jam equally on mixture.
Coat the jam with the rest of dry mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees F and let cool before cutting it into squares.

Easy Blueberry Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of butter (or margarine); melted
2/3 c of sugar
1 pc. egg
1.5 c of hotcake mix
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1 c of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
Beat sugar & butter thoroughly in a large bowl. Add in the egg, beat & blend well. Next, add the hotcake mix, plus pecans. Add the blueberries and fold. Place spoonfuls of the dough on baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 mins. Move to cooling rack.

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of choco chips (semi-sweet)
1/4 c of butter (or margarine)
1 tsp of Calumet (baking powder)
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 can of milk (Eagle Brand, condensed)
Instructions:
Combine choco chips & butter in a small saucepan. Put over low heat until melted. Remove it from the heat.
Add in the condensed milk. Stir in the baking powder plus flour. Blend well.
Preheat oven (350 degrees F). Place spoonfuls on baking sheets (lighty greased). Place baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven; and then bake (about 5-7 minutes).
