Country Inn Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

5.5 oz. of butter (or margarine)
1/2 c of coconut; flaked
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1 2/3 c of flour (all-purpose); sifted
1 pc. egg
8 oz. of chocolate flakes
1 tsp. of soda
1/2 c of sugar (white)
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/2 c of sugar (brown); packed
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of water

Instructions:

Mix sugars, egg, water, salt, soda, plus butter in large mixing bowl. Set electric mixer to medium. Beat mixture ’til smooth.

Blend in all-purpose flour. Next, add in the pecans, coconut chocolate flakes. Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees F.

This will make 18 large cookie pieces.

Maple Melting Moments Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of flour (all-purpose)
3/4 c of sugar (white)
1 c of butter
1.5 tsp of extract (maple flavor)
2/3 c of pecan halves
dash of salt

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a huge bowl and mix with a low-set speed ’til blended. Change to moderate mixing speed ’til mixture is fluffy and light. Roll the dough to 1-inch balls, and place pecan half above each of the balls gently.

Arrange the balls on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for twelve minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet.

Marshmallow Fudge Bars Recipe


Marshmallow Fudge Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla
3/4 c of flour
1/2 c of shortening
2 Tbsps of cocoa
2 pcs of eggs
1/2 c of nuts
3/4 c of sugar
mini-marshmallows

For the Frosting:
3 Tbsps margarine
1/2 c of choco chips (approx. 2 squares of chocolate)
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
1/4 c of powder sugar
1/4 c of water
1 tsp of vanilla

Instructions:

Mix 1/4 tsp of baking powder, 3/4 c of flour, 1/2 c of shortening, 2 Tbsps of cocoa, 2 pcs of eggs, 3/4 c of sugar, 1/2 c of nuts and 1 tsp of vanilla. Place mixture on greased 9″ x 12″ baking pan. Put into oven (350 degrees F) and bake (about 20 to 25 minutes).

Remove cookies from the oven then top them with the miniature marshmallows. Next, bake the cookies for three more minutes. Carefully watch the mallows melting.

For the frosting, melt through soft boiling 1/2 c of brown sugar, 1/2 c of chocolate chips and 1/4 c of water. Then let it boil in 3 mins. Add the vanilla and the butter. Pour powdered sugar and let mixture cool for 5-10 minutes. Put frosting.

Chocolate Malt Bars Recipe


Chocolate Malt Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of shortening
1/2 tsp of vanilla
3/4 c of sugar
2 pcs eggs
2 squares (1-oz each) unsweetened melted chocolate; cooled
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c of milk powder (malted)
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 1/4 c of flour; sifted

For Frosting:
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps of butter; softened
1/4 c of milk powder (malted)
An oz of chocolate (melted)
2 to 3 c of sugar (powdered)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together sugar, vanilla and shortening until they are fluffy. Next, beat into your creamed sugar mixture your eggs. Then, add your chocolate.

Sift your dry recipe ingredients together then add this to your creamed mix. Evenly spread it out in your greased 8×8x2-inch baking pan. Then, bake in your oven for about 20-25 mins. at around 350 degrees fahrenheit.

To prepare frosting, Mix together all ingredients until the consistency will be easy for you to apply frosting to your bars.

County Fair Prize Winners Recipe

Ingredients:

Flour; sifted
1/2 c of corn meal (yellow)
1 c of butter (or margarine)
3 pcs of eggs
2 c of sugar
1/4 c of water (hot)
1 tsp of soda

Instructions:

Blend sugar and butter well. Dissolve the baking soda in (hot) water; then add into the butter mixture, alternating with corn meal. Next, add just the right amount of flour needed to make dough that’s soft.

Roll into a thin sheet then use cookie cutters (your preferred shapes). Arrange on baking sheet then bake until color turns light brown at 400 degrees F. Move to cooling racks right away.

Lemon Cream Cheese Bars Recipe


Lemon Cream Cheese Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of egg
1 pack of cream cheese (8 oz)
1/3 c of sugar
1/3 c of oil
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 pc of egg
1 pack of yellow pudding cake mix

Instructions:

Combine the egg, oil, and pudding cake mixture in a bowl ’til crumbly. Set aside a cup of this mixture. Press the remaining crumbly mixture on ungreased 13″ x 9″ baking pan. Put into 350 degree F oven and bake around fifteen minutes.

Beat an egg with sugar, cream cheese and juice ’til smooth and light. Spread the mixture on the baked cake. Top mixture with the reserved crumbly mixture. Return to oven and bake it in 15 more minutes.

Let the cake cool. Slice it into squares. Place in containers.
