Crazy Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. cake powder mix (white, 18.25 oz.)
1 pkg. pudding powder mix (butterscotch flavor, instant, 3.4 ozs)
2/3 c of oats; rolled
1/2 c of oil (vegetable)
1/4 c of water
1/2 c of sour cream
2 tsp of vanilla
1 c of chocolate flakes (semisweet)
2/3 c of coconut; toasted
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Grease baking sheets lightly.
Combine cream, oil, water plus vanilla; and then blend until creamy. Add the chocolate flakes. Shape into balls (about 1.5-inches each), then arrange 2 inches away from each other onto the baking sheets.
Next, bake in oven for about 8-10 mins. Remove from oven & set aside for about 5 mins, then move to cooling racks.

Snickerdoodles Recipe
Ingredients:
3 3/4 c of flour (all purpose)
1/2 teaspoon of soda (baking)
1/2 teaspoon cream (of tartar)
1 cup of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 cup of sugar (white)
2 pieces of eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla (extract)
1/4 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of sugar (white)
1 teaspoon of almond extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon; ground
2 teaspoon of sugar; brown
Instructions:
Sift the first three ingredients together with the half teaspoon of salt, put on one side. Using a medium-sized bowl, cream the cup of butter together with sugar. Then, add in eggs (2 pcs), milk (a quarter of a cup), vanilla extract together with the almond extract.
Afterwards, slowly add in dry ingredients ’til totally mixed. Cover up the mixture and let it cool for a couple of hours.
Set oven’s heat to 375 degrees F.
Smear cookie sheet with grease. Using a saucer, mix what remains of the ingredients: sugar (brown and white), together with cinnamon. Form the cooled mixture into balls an inch in size and roll in sugar mix.
After which, place the little balls into cookie sheet two inches away from each other. Cook in oven for eight minutes ’til cookies turn to golden brown. Take it out of the sheets and let it cool.

Cappuccino Cookie Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of softened butter
1 c of sugar(light brown)
1 yolk of egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/4 tsp of salt
1.5 c of walnuts; chopped
8 bars of chocolate candy (1.5-oz. each)
1/2 c of coffee beans; ground
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F. Prepare “9×13″ greased pan.
Mix sugar, butter, yolk & vanilla in large mixing bowl and beat until creamy.
Mix flour & salt together, then add to batter. Pour into pan and level onto the bottom. Bake pan for about 15 mins. Take out of oven then, place candy bars on top of the crust and leave until chocolate(bars) have melted.
Use spatula to completely spread out the melted chocolate. Next, sprinkle walnuts & coffee. Let cool totally before slicing in squares.

Russian Tea Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of sugar; powdered
2 tsp of vanilla
1 c of butter (soft)
1 c of almonds/pecans; chopped finely
1/4 tsp of salt
2 c of flour
Instructions:
Set oven’s heat to 325 degrees F.
Using a big bowl, mix following ingredients: sugar (powdered), softened butter, and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Then, add what remains of the ingredients into the mixture ’til dough can hold together.
Form mixture into balls (1 in) and put in cookie sheets an inch away from each other. Cook mixture in an oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Take out the cookie from the pan and let it cool.
Roll cookies into sugar.

Creamsicle Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of flour(all-purpose)
1/2 c of butter milk
3/4 c of shortening
1.5 c of sugar (light brown)
1.5 tsp of powder (baking)
1/2 tsp of table salt
1 c of choco chips(white)
1 tsp of soda
3 Tbsp. of drink mix (orange flavor, powdered)
2 pcs eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
For the Glaze:
1-2 Tbsps. of water
1 c of sugar (powdered)
1 tsp. of butter; softened
3 Tbsp. of drink mix (orange flavor, powdered)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets lightly. Mix salt, powder, flour plus orange mix together in mixing bowl then put aside.
Afterward, cream sugar and shortening (in a mixing bowl). Beat until fluffy and light. Beat in eggs plus vanilla.
Dissolve baking soda using buttermilk; then add into sugar mixture. Blend well with flour mix, then add in white choco chips.
Arrange tablespoonfuls of dough on the prepared sheets. Next, bake in oven for about 10-12 mins. Move to cooling racks & top with glaze while hot.
To make the frosting, mix all glaze ingredients together. Add water slowly to achieve desired consistency.

Poppy Seed Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
A cup of flour
2 pcs of egg yolks
1/3 cup of sugar
1/3 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest; grated
2 teaspoons of poppy seeds
1 stick of butter
Instructions:
Mix a half cup of butter plus one-third cup of sugar. Blend in eggs and the rest of the ingredients. Blend thoroughly, cover the bowl.
Let it chill for a couple of hours. Form the mixture in balls about an inch in size, and put it on a cookie sheet. Using fork, flatten the balls.
Cook in an oven for about 10 mins at 375 degrees F.

Ingredients:
2.5 c of chocolate cookies (cream-filled, approx. 30 pcs.)
1 c of pecans; ground finely
1 c of sugar (powdered); sifted
1/3 c of chocolate liqueur (Creme De Cacao)
2 Tbsps of corn syrup (dark)
sugar (powdered); sifted
Instructions:
Mix all the measured ingredients together in mixing bowl. Blend well. Next, roll into 1-inch balls.
Sprinkle with sugar (powdered). Chill inside airtight jar. Roll balls in sugar again before you serve.
