Chocolate Almond Twinkles Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of flour;sifted
A tsp of baking powder
1/2 c of shortening (vegetable)
1/4 tsp of salt
2/3 c of sugar
1/2 c of coconut
2 pcs egg whites
1/4 tsp of almond (extract)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

For Frosting:
2 tbsps of cream
1/4 tsp of almond (extract)
1 pc of chocolate square(1 ounce)
1 c of sugar (powdered);sifted
2 egg yolks

Instructions:

Sift salt, baking powder & flour together. Next, cream together sugar and shortening together. Add in egg whites, almond & vanilla extracts, blend thoroughly.

Stir in chopped coconut and other dry recipe ingredients. Place round teaspoonfuls of mixture on your greased cookie sheet. Then bake for 10 to 12 mins. at 375 degrees F.

Melt chocolate together with cream inside Microwave or over boiling water. Take away from the heat then stir till it smoothens. Add in remaining ingredients right away & blend thoroughly. Drizzle on top of baked cookies. You can top each with 1 piece of almond for added effect.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of sugar
6 ozs of choco chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 tsp. of baking soda
1/3 c of butter milk
1/2 c of butter/margarine
2 ozs of chocolate (unsweetened); melted then cooled
1 3/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 pc of egg
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients except for the flour, salt, soda, and choco chips. Blend well. Add in the remaining ingredients, then refrigerate in a covered container for about an hour.

Afterward, preheat the oven at 400 degrees F. On ungreased baking sheet, place dollops of the mixture, making them as round as possible. Bake until no indentations are made when pressed (about 8 to 10 minutes).

You may combine 3 Tbsps of water, 2 ozs of melted choco squares, 2 Tbsps of butter, plus 3.5-4 cups of powdered sugar for frosting.

Ingredients:

1/2 c of butter
1 pkg cream cheese (3 oz)
1 pc egg; beaten well
2 tbsp of milk
1.5 c of sugar
1/2 c of walnut; chopped
1/2 c of shortening
1.5 tsp of baking powder
1 3/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 c of powdered cocoa
1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions:

Mix sugar, cream cheese, shortening and butter well in a bowl until creamy. Beat in egg, vanilla and milk. Sift all powdered ingredients in another bowl then add in to mixture.

Blend mixture thoroughly before adding nuts. Arrange teaspoonfuls on your baking sheet. Then, bake for 8 to 12 mins. at 350 degrees F.

Chocolate Chippers Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of melted butter
1.5 c of sugar (brown)
1/2 c of sugar (white)
A tsp of vanilla
A tsp of baking soda
2 pcs of egg
2 2/3 c of flour (all-purpose)
A tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 c of choco chips (semi-sweet)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Line your baking/cookie sheets using parchment paper. Then, in your mixing bowl, combine sugars and butter until creamy.

Beat eggs into your creamed mixture 1 after another. Mix the rest of the ingredients together except choco chips. Blend well then slowly mix to your butter mix.

Next, stir in choco chips. Arrange spoonfuls of the batter on lined baking sheets. Next, bake in oven for about 8-10 minutes. Cool cookies for about 5 mins. before you transfer them to the cooling racks.

Chocolate Coconut Cookies (No-Bake) Recipe


Chocolate Coconut Cookies (No-Bake) Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of butter
1/2 c of milk (evaporated)
2 c of sugar (white)
3 tbsps of cocoa (unsweetened)
1 c of coconut; flaked
3 c of oats; rolled

Instructions:

In large mixing bowl, combine coconut and oats together. Mix the rest of the ingredients inside a medium-sized saucepan then put on medium fire all the while stirring frequently. Bring to boil then simmer for exactly 2 mins.

Cook cookies longer then they will resemble corn meal, cook shorter then they will resemble goo.

Turn off heat then pour on top of oat-coconut mix. Blend well then quickly drop teasponfuls on foil or wax paper. Leave to set & dry, this could last a few hours. Store in your fridge.

Ingredients:

1/2 c of softened butter (unsalted)
1 c of sugar (brown)
3 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
2 tsps of vanilla
1 fresh egg
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 3/4 c of flour; sifted
1/2 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1.5 tsps of instant coffee powder (espresso); crushed slightly
8 oz of chocolate flakes (semisweet)
4 pinches of salt

Instructions:

Beat together butter and sugars till creamy then add in vanilla and egg; beat to incorporate. Combine together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and coffee powder in a bowl; add to the mixture of butter. Fold in chocolate flakes.

Scoop spoonful of batter on a baking sheet (greased) then bake inside the oven to 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.

Raspberry White Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

A tsp of baking soda
half a tsp of shortening
1 c of sugar; granulated
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 c of butter; melted
2 pcs of eggs
2 and 3/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c of raspberry jam (seedless)
11 oz of baking bars (white chocolate)

Instructions:

Prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it with butter. Set aside. Heat up the oven (375 degrees F). Cut about 4 oz white choco bars and put aside. Use a saucepan (small and heavy) to melt another 4 oz of choco bars in low-level heat, stirring it continuously; set mixture aside so that it cools.

With a bowl mix the ingredients, beat softened butter, salt, baking soda, and sugar ’til it becomes fluffy. Mix a couple of eggs together w/ melted choco bars and beat mixture ’til combined. Use a mixer to beat in (as much) flour, and stir what remains of flour w/ a spoon (wooden). Then, add the previously cut white choco bars.

Drop the dough on baking sheet w/ a round teaspoon (2 inches apart). Cook in oven for about 7-9 mins in set heat. Let the candy cool to about 1 min; then place it in wire rack.

Prior to serving, the jam must be melted. Place a minute amount of jam at the cookie’s center. Melt remaining 3 oz of choco bars using shortening and stir continuously. Dribble melted choco into cookie and refrigerate it for a quarter of an hour ’til melted choco sets.

Cocoa Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/4 c of butter (unsalted)
2 c of sugar
2 c of flour
1/2 tsp. of salt
3/4 c of cocoa (for baking)
2 c of chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
2 tsps. of vanilla extract
2 pcs. eggs
1 tsp. of soda

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

Cream sugar & butter together until fluffy & light in large bowl. Beat in eggs, blending the mixture every after an egg has been added. Add in vanilla until smooth.

Combine cocoa, soda, flour & salt altogether in one smaller bowl. Add this into the butter mixture, & blend thoroughly. Add choco chips & continue blending.

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of the mixture on baking sheets without grease. Bake in preheated oven for 8-9 minutes, just until cookies remain soft. Careful not to overbake. Cool for a while before moving to cooling racks.

Ingredients:

1.5 c of flour; sifted
A tsp of cream of tartar
1 pc egg
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
18 pcs of pecan halves
1/2 c of sugar (brown ); packed firmly
1/2 c of veg. shortening
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

For Filling:
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
A square of chocolate (unsweetened)
2 tbsps of butter
3/4 c of sugar (powdered);sifted
2 tbsps of cream
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Sift cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and flour together in large mixing bowl. Next, add brown sugar, shortening, vanilla & egg. Use electric hand-held mixer or spoon to blend until it looks crumbly.

Press 3/4 of your dough onto buttered 8×8x2-inch baking pan. To make the filling, blend chocolate, cream and butter together. Add in the sifted sugar and beat thoroughly. Blend in nuts as well as vanilla.

Spread filling over layer of dough on your pan then cover with remaining crumbly mixture. Place pecans on top, arrange it so there’s one on every bar. Then, bake for about 30 mins. at 375 degrees F. Cool, then slice into small bars.

Ingredients:

2 pcs of egg white
2/3 c of sugar (granulated)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 c of pecans; chopped (optional)
1 c of choco chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F. Beat your egg whites ’till stiff. Gradually sprinkle sugar then continue to beat mixture.

Add choco chips, pecans & vanilla. Drop teaspoonfuls onto non stick baking sheet. No need to distance them since they will not expand.

Put sheet inside oven then turn your oven heat off. Keep oven door closed for a minimum of 6 hrs. or overnight.

Chocolate And Pineapple Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 c of cocoa
1/2 c of shortening (vegetable)
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1.5 c of flour; sifted
1/4 tsp of salt
1 c of sugar (brown); packed
1 pc of egg
1/2 c of buttermilk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 c of pineapple; drained well.
Set aside some juice for frosting

For Frosting:
2 tbsps of juice (pineapple)
1 c of sugar (powdered)

Instructions:

Sift salt, baking soda, cocoa and flour together. Mix together brown sugar and shortening until creamy. Beat in vanilla as well as eggs.

Next, add buttermilk to cream mixture, alternating with sifted ingredients then mix thoroughly every time you add. Stir in pineapple. Put rounded teaspoonfuls of batter on greased cookie sheets.

Then, bake for 15 to 20 mins. Mix frosting ingredients well then spread on cookies immediately while they are still a bit warm.

Chocolate Almond Bonbons Recipe


Chocolate Almond Bonbons Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of flour; sifted
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsps of milk
4 ozs of milk chocolate candy
3/4 c of butter
2 tsps of vanilla extract
1/4 c of sugar

For Filling:
1 tbsp of water
1 white of egg (unbeaten)
1/2 c of almond nuts
1/2 tsp of almond extract

Instructions:

Sift salt and flour together. Melt chocolate candy together with milk inside Microwave or over boiling water. Beat butter then slowly add vanilla and sugar, blend well until creamy.

Mix filling ingredients together in your mixing bowl. Blend well. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into small balls. Make an opening in middle of each then place 1/4 tsp of filling.

Close the hole then drop on an ungreased cookie sheet. Then, bake for 12 to 15 mins. at 350 degrees F. Dust with confectioner’s sugar after they get baked, or roll on sugar granules before you bake them up.

Chocolate Raisin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of flour(all-purpose)
2/3 c of cocoa for baking
2/3 c of sugar (brown); packed
1 c of butter (or margarine); melted
3/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1/4 ts. of salt
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of soda
2 pcs eggs (large)
10 ozs raisins (chocolate-coated)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

Using a mixing bowl, mix cocoa, soda, salt, and flour. Next, in separate larger bowl, blend sugars, vanilla, together with butter ’til smooth. Add the eggs, then slowly add in the cocoa mixture. Beat well before stirring in the raisins.

Place dollops of the mixture on ungreased cookie sheets. Then, bake in oven until the middle parts are firm, or for about 9-11 mins. Leave on cooking sheet for a couple minutes, then move to cooling racks.

This recipe should make approximately 42 pieces.

Ingredients:

1 c of sugar (white)
2/3 c of butter (or margarine)
1 Tbsp orange peeling; grated
1 pc of egg
1.5 c of flour(all-purpose)
1/3 c of cocoa(baking)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of powder(baking)
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1.5 c of chocolate chips(semi-sweet)
1/3 c of sugar (white)
1 tsp of orange rind; grated

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Mix together the first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add in cocoa, flour, powder, baking soda and salt.

Next, blend in choco chips. Combine the 1/3 c of sugar with a tsp of orange rind in another bowl. Shape batter into 1.5-inch balls.

Afterward, roll the munchkins in sugar-orange mixture. Arrange it on a baking sheet (ungreased), leaving a 3-inch space in between. Using the bottom part of a glass, flatten cookie to approximately 1/2-inch thick. Bake until light brown or for about 9 to 11 mins. Let cool before taking out of the sheet.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies

Ingredients:

1 c of butter
1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 c of sugar (powdered)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of almond extract)
2 1/4 c of flour;sifted
1/4 c of nuts; chopped fine
1/2 c of cherries (Maraschino); well-drained & chopped

For Dip:
3 tbsps of butter
1 c of chocolate pcs (semi-sweet)
3 c of sugar (powdered)
1/2 c of milk

Instructions:

Mix powdered sugar & butter until creamy. Add salt, almond and vanilla extracts. Beat in flour, cherries and nuts, blend well.

Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into small balls. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 mins. at 350 degrees F.

To make the dip, melt butter, milk & choco pieces in your double boiler. Let cool then add in your 3 c of sugar( powdered & sifted), beat till smooth.

Dip cookies in melted choco completely. Add a little cherry atop each. Keep on cooling racks till chocolate sets then store inside your refrigerator.

Chocolate Caramel Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of sugar(white)
1 c of sugar(brown); packed
1 c of margarine
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tsps of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of sugar
2 pcs egg
3 c of flour (all-purpose)
3/4 c of powdered cocoa (unsweetened)
1 c of pecans; chopped
48 pcs of candies (Caramel)
4 ozs of confectioners coating (vanilla-flavored)

Instructions:

Mix a cup of sugar, butter and brown packed sugar in large mixing bowl and beat till fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and cocoa together.

Then, add onto your sugar mixture then blend thoroughly. Fold in half of the pecans. Next, chill for about an hour.

Then, preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Cover each candy with 1 tbsp of the dough completely. Then, in another bowl, mix remaining pecans & a tbsp of sugar.

Roll 1 side of the caramel ballsin your pecan mix. Arrange on baking sheets with the nutty side facing up. Bake for 7-10 mins.

Let cool while melting candy coating. Sprinkle over cookies.

White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies Recipe


White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1.5 c of butter; softened & unsalted
1 c of sugar (light brown)
2 pcs of eggs
1/2 c of sugar
1.5 Tbsps of vanilla (extract)
3 c of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda
12 ozs of chocolate (white, high-quality); chopped coarsely
6 ozs of macadamia nuts (salted), chopped coarsely

Instructions:

Preheat oven (350 degrees F). Using a big bowl, mix sugar and butter together. Then, add in eggs, plus vanilla (extract).

Using another bowl – this time medium-sized – blend soda, salt, and flour. Blend mixture gradually. Afterwards, add macadamia nuts and chocolate (white).

Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2 in. away from each other in baking sheet. Cook balls for about 8 to 10 mins. Let it cool in sheets before storing it in an airtight container
