Chocolate Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of cocoa for baking
1.5 c of flour
1 pc egg yolk
1/2 c of sugar
3/4 c of softened butter
A tsp of almond extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Cream sugar and butter together in mixing bowl until fluffy and light. Beat in yolk & almond extract using your electric mixer set to medium, blend well.
Stir cocoa and flour together then slowly combine with butter mix. Blend thoroughly every time you add. Arrange rounded teaspoonfuls of dough an inch away from each other on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for about 7-9 mins. Move onto cooling racks. This will make 24 pieces.

Lemon Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of vanilla
1 & 2/3 c of flour
1 c of butter; creamed
1/3 c of powder sugar
For Fillings:
1 pc of egg; well-beaten
2/3 c of sugar
2 to 3 tsp of lemon rind; grated
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cornstarch
1 Tbsp of butter
3 Tbsps of lemon juice
Powder sugar
Instructions:
In medium mixing bowl, put together 1 & 2/3 c of flour, 1/3 c of powdered sugar, 1 c of softened butter and 1 tsp. of vanilla. and mix until well-blended. Chill mixture. Preheat the oven (350 degrees F).
Create 1-inch balls with the chilled dough. Place on ungreased baking sheets, 2″ apart from each other. Make depression in center parts of cookies.
Bake until cookies are light brown in color, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Take cookies off from baking sheets as soon as possible and let them cool.
For the filling, combine in medium-sized saucepan 1 egg, 2/3 c of sugar, 2 or 3 tsp. of grated lemon peel, 1 tsp of cornstarch, salt, 3 Tbsps of lemon juice and 1 Tbsp of butter. Cook on low-set heat while stirring regularly ’til texture is thick and smooth. Let it cool.
Fill depression on center parts of cookies with 1/4 teaspoon of filling. Lightly sprinkle powder sugar on cookies.

Butterscotch Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of shortening
1 c of nutmeats; finely chopped
2 c of sugar (brown)
2 pcs egg
A tsp of vanilla extract
3 c of flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
Instructions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Sift salt, flour, baking and soda powder then add it to your creamed mix. Dust flour on board then knead half of batter to form an oblong-shaped log with a diameter of approximately 3-inches.
Do the same for remaining half then wrap with some wax paper. Chill overnight or just until dough has set. Cut into thin slices before baking. Set oven to 350 degrees F and bake for about 10 mins.

Toffee Topper Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter toffee-flavored candy (4 ozs); crushed
2 c of flour; sifted
1 tsp of soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of sugar (brown); packed firmly
1 pc of egg
1.5 tsp of vanilla
1/4 c of sugar
3/4 c of butter
Instructions:
Mix salt, soda, plus flour together. Blend the sugar and butter, then, mix thoroughly. Add vanilla and egg into the mixture. Make sure that the mixture is blended completely.
Form mixture to balls w/ the use of a round dough (1 teaspoonful). Compress the balls into a half inch thick with the use of a glass bottom sprinkled w/ flour. Coat a cookie w/ 1/2 teaspoon of crushed butter toffee. Bake cookie for about 10 minutes (400 degrees F). Take out from sheet quickly.

Butter Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter
1 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of sugar
1/3 c of powdered sugar; to garnish
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
Instructions:
Set mixer to medium, beat the butter for about 30 secs. Continue to beat while adding in sugar until light and fluffy. Change to slow speed, add the flour then beat together until smoothly mixed.
Fold in chopped up pecans and roll into 1-inch balls. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 20 mins at around 325 deg. fahrenheit. Move to cooling racks then roll generously in powdered sugar.

Amish Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter (or margarine); melted
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1 c of refined sugar
4.5 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp of baking soda
1 c of veggie oil
3/4 tsp tartar cream
1 c of powdered sugar
half a tsp of vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Afterward, grease waxed sheets (baking sheets). Mix butter, sugars (refined and powdered), and oil in one bowl till blended well. Beat eggs into mixture one by one, and then add vanilla extract.
Combine all the remaining ingredients together and blend into butter mixture. Drop a teaspoonful of dough individually about an inch apart from each other, till the entire baking sheet is filled up.
Place teaspoonfuls of dough on greased sheets. Put in oven and bake 8-10 mins. or till base turns light brown. Move to cooling racks. Finally, add lemon-flavored frosting.

Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter
2 c of packed sugar (brown)
2 pcs of eggs
2 tsps of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 c of flour (all-purpose)

1 c of coconut meat
1 c of nuts; chopped(optional)
Instructions:
Melt brown sugar and butter in small saucepan. Put on low flame on your burner then frequently stir until bubbles form. Allow to cool.
Beat in eggs thoroughly, one after another. Stir in vanilla. Mix together salt, baking powder & flour then add this to your brown sugar mix. Next, add coconut & nuts, blend well.

Ingredients:
1/2 c of softened
3/4 c of sugar
2/3 c of packed sugar (brown)
2 whites from egg
1 1/4 c of peanut butter (chunky)
1.5 tsp of vanilla extract

1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of baking soda

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 c of sugar (brown); packed
2 pcs of eggs
2 c of raisins
1/2 c of butter
2 Tbsps of cream (heavy)
1 c of walnuts; chopped
30 tart shells (2 in.); unbaked
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (325 degrees F). Mix 1/2 cup of butter, 1.5 cup of sugar, together with 2 pcs of eggs; and then blend well. Mix in what remains of the ingredients; and then whisk thoroughly. Place mixture into the shells up until half of the shell.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 c of flour
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of baking soda
3/4 c of sugar
1 pc egg
1/2 c of margarine/butter; softened
3 pcs (2.1-ozs each) Butterfinger Bars; chopped coarse
Instructions:

Ingredients:
For Crust:
2 tbsp sugar (brown)
1 c of flour
1/2 c of butter
1/4 tsp of salt
2 eggs(beaten)
1/2 c of oats; rolled
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 c of coconuts; flaked
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 c of packed sugar (brown)

Instructions:
Oven should be preheated at 350 deg. fahrenheit and grease a 9×9-inch pan. Grab a mixing bowl then mix flour & brown sugar. Add butter and beat until this mixture looks crumbly. Pour in your greased pan then press it down to make crust.
Bake crust inside your oven for about 15 mins, taking care not to completely cook it fully. In separate bowl, mix eggs & remainder of your brown sugar. Blend together salt, oats & baking powder.
Next, blend the oat mixture in with your egg and sugar mix. Add vanilla, coconut & nuts. Eveny spread this on your crust in the pan. Then, bake in oven for 20 mins. After cooling, slice them up into bite-sized squares.
