World’s Best Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter (or margarine)
1 c of sugar
1 c of sugar (brown); packed firmly
1 pc of egg
1.5 c of oatmeal
3.5 c of flour
1 c of vegetable oil
1 c of cereal (Grape Nuts)
1 c of coconut; shredded
1 c of nuts; chopped
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions:
Heat up the oven (350 degrees F). Mix the first 3 ingredients ’til mixture becomes foamy and light. Blend egg and then the oil. Then, mix coconut, cereal, nuts and oats and blend again thoroughly. Mix the dry ingredients together w/ vanilla.
Shape into walnut-sized balls and arrange balls in baking sheets (greased). Bake balls for about 12 mins. Then, let it cool before taking it out from the sheet.

Chinese Almond Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 3/4 c of flour(all-purpose); sifted
1 c of sugar(white)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/3 c of almonds halves; blanched
1 c of butter
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of almond extract
1 pc egg; beaten lightly
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, sift first 4 ingredients together then add in butter until the mixture becomes crumbly. Stir in almond & egg until blended. Shape in to a big ball, then roll out to a log just a bit lesser than 1/4-inch thick.
Slice with a 2-inch round cookie cutter. Arrange on an ungreased baking/cookie sheet approximately 2-inch apart from each other. Press half an almond on top of each. Bake for 15 to 20 mins. at 325 degrees F.

Rice Krispie Treats Recipe
Ingredients:
A tsp of vanilla
3 Tbsps of butter
4 c of crisp rice cereal
4 c of marshmallows (minis)
Instructions:
Brush pan (9 by 13 inches) with margarine or oil.
Melt butter in low-level heat using a separate saucepan; and then add in vanilla extract. Afterward, stir in and melt mini marshmallows in butter. When marshmallows melt, add cereal and whisk mixture ’til cereal is evenly coated. Hurriedly place mixture into pan.
Using wax paper, press mixture evenly and firmly into pan. Finally, let the candy settle for about 2-3 hours; then, slice in desired sizes

Apricot Filled Cream Cheese Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of margarine
1.5 c of sugar
1 pack of cream cheese (8 oz)
2 pcs. egg
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1.5 teaspoon lemon zest
4.5 c of flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
Confectioners’ sugar
For Filling:
1 pkg of apricots (dried, 11 oz)
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
Blend first 3 ingredients together well until smooth. Beat in the eggs with lemon zest and juice. Combine the rest of the ingredients together then add to cheesy mixture. Stir, and then blend well, then refrigerate. Shape into medium-sized balls; and then set it aside.
For the filling – place apricots in a small saucepan. Pour water into saucepan to sufficiently cover apricots. Sprinkle sugar to taste (or about half a cup). Let it boil over medium heat, and then let it simmer till apricots have become soft, as well as when water has already evaporated (about 8-10 minutes). Then, put them in a blender or force them through a sieve. Set aside.
Finally, arrange dough on baking sheet (ungreased), and slightly flatten. Create an indentation at the center and pour in the filling. Bake for about 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow to cool then dust with confectioners sugar at the top.

Ingredients:
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 c of butter
3/4 c of cornstarch
1/3 c of powder sugar
a tsp of vanilla extract
For Icing:
a c of powder sugar
a Tbsp of butter; melted
a tsp of vanilla extract
1-2 Tbsps of milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. In small mixing bowl, mix 1 c of all-purpose flour with 3/4 c of cornstarch. Leave it aside.
Combine a cup of butter, 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/3 c of powdered sugar. Add the flour-cornstarch mixture in it. Using a tablespoon, drop batter on cookie sheets that have been greased lightly. Bake cookies for around 12-14 minutes. Transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
Mix 1 c of powder sugar, softened butter as well as 1 tsp of vanilla. Pour milk in amounts that will give the mixture a viscosity ideal for sandwich spreading. Spread the icing on cookies while they’re still warm.

Ingredients:

1/3 c of brandy (Cherry-flavored)
1/2 c of butter (unsalted); softened
1/2 c of sugar (white)
1 pc of egg
1.5 tsps of vanilla extract
1.5 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/4 tsp of almond extract
1/2 c of sugar (brown); packed firmly
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 c of white chocolates; chopped coarse
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 c of semi-sweet chocolates; chopped coarse
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F. Line parchment/wax paper on 2 cookie sheets. Soak cherries in some boiling water inside covered container for about 2 minutes, or until plump.
Drain water off cherries then mix with the cherry brandy. Set aside for about 2 hours. For better flavor, leave overnight. Before using, drain of brandy.
Cream butter well with sugars until. Add in the extracts & egg. Combine soda, flour & salt. Stir in both chocolates & cherries until smooth & soft.
Put ample tbsps of batter on your baking/cookie sheets then bake inside your oven for 12-14 mins. until cookies are browned lightly at edges. Allow to cool at racks.

Southern Delights Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar; brown
1 pc of egg (white); beaten until stiff
2 c of pecans
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Add and mix sugar and egg white. Put in all the other ingredients except for the pecans. Drop mixture one teaspoonful at a time into greased waxed paper. Sprinkle 2 to 3 pecans in one cookie. Cook cookie in the oven for a half hour at 250 degrees F. Let it cool

Mocha Frosted Drops Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of shortening
2 squares of chocolate (unsweetened, 1 ounce)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 pc of egg
1/2 c of buttermilk
1.5 c of flour; sifted
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1 c of choco chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped
For Mocha Frosting:
2 Tbsps of cocoa
1/4 c of butter
2 tsps of coffee (instant powder)
a dash of salt
1.5 tsps of vanilla
2.5 c of powder sugar
3 Tbsps of milk
Instructions:
In saucepan, melt 2 squares of chocolate and shortening together, and let it cool (around 10 minutes). Add sugar in it and beat with egg, buttermilk and vanilla. Sift dry items together and pour on the previously made choco mixture. Add nuts together with choco pieces.
Using teaspoon, drop batter on greased cookie sheets and bake for around ten minutes (375 degrees F).
For the mocha frosting, soften butter, coffee, salt and cocoa. Beat then add vanilla, powder sugar and a few amount of milk enough to create a spreading viscosity. Put frosting on the cookies.

Cocoa Drop Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter (or margarine); softened
1/2 c of cocoa
1 c of sugar
3/4 c of buttermilk
1 pc egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 3/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of soda
1 c of nuts; chopped
1/2 tsp of salt
For the Frosting:
3 Tbsps of cocoa powder
3 Tbsps of coffee (strong, hot)
3 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 c of sugar (powdered)
Instructions:
Combine sugar, butter, as well as the egg. Next, add in buttermilk together with vanilla extract. Then, add combined flour, salt, cocoa, plus soda. Blend thoroughly; then add the nuts.
Place rounded teaspoonfuls of the mixture on greased baking sheet. Then, bake for 8 to 10 mins. at 400 degrees F.
