Butterfinger Bar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of softened
3/4 c of sugar
2/3 c of packed sugar (brown)
2 whites from egg
1 1/4 c of peanut butter (chunky)
1.5 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of baking soda
5 pcs of candy bars(Butterfinger, 2.1 oz. each); roughly chopped
Instructions:
Cream together sugars and butter in your mixing bowl. Add in egg whites then beat it well. Next, mix in vanilla and peanut butter.
In a separate bowl, mix together salt, baking soda & flour then add this to your creamed mix and blend well. Add in butterfingers and shape mixture in 1.5-inch balls then place them on greased cookie/baking sheets. Then, bake in your oven for about 10-12 mins. at around 350 deg. fahrenheit until they are golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before storing them up or serving them to your family and friends.
