Butter Pecan Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of butter
2 pcs egg
3/4 c of brown sugar
A tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 c of sugar
1 tsp of soda
1 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 tsp of salt
2 1/4 c of flour;sifted

Instructions:

Mix sugars and butter in a bowl and beat until fluffy
and light. Add eggs & vanilla, then continue beating. Mix the other ingredients except pecans then combine with your creamed butter mix.

Blend well before adding pecans. Arrange teaspoonfuls on greased cookie/baking sheets. Then, bake them for about 8 to 10 mins. at 375 degrees fahrenheit.
