Butter Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter
1 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of sugar
1/3 c of powdered sugar; to garnish
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
Instructions:
Set mixer to medium, beat the butter for about 30 secs. Continue to beat while adding in sugar until light and fluffy. Change to slow speed, add the flour then beat together until smoothly mixed.
Fold in chopped up pecans and roll into 1-inch balls. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 20 mins at around 325 deg. fahrenheit. Move to cooling racks then roll generously in powdered sugar.
