Ingredients:

1 c of butter
1 tsp of extract from almonds
1/2 c of sugar
2 1/3 c of flour

Instructions:

Cream butter. Slowly add the sugar & continue beating till it becomes fluffy & light. Beat the egg in together with the almond.

Slowly add in your flour. Next, fill up your cookie press with around 1/4 c of your dough 1 after the other. Make your desired cookie shapes directly on the ungreased baking/cookie sheet. Then, bake in your oven for about 8-10 mins. at around 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Swiss Chocolate Cherry Treats Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of Maraschino cherries; chopped
1 c of shortening
1 and 1/4 c of sugar
1.5 c of flour; sifted
1/2 c of coconut
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
1 large pack of choco chips
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pc of egg; beaten

Instructions:

Empty the syrup from the cherries (in a medium-sized bowl). Reserve syrup.

Mix shortening while adding sugar steadily. Blend in vanilla and egg. Sift baking powder, salt and flour, adding it to mixture.

Blend thoroughly and add the reserved syrup into the mixture. Add coconut, choco chips, pecans, and lastly, the cherries. Even out dough into a pan (13 x 9 inch).

Cook in oven for about 20 to 25 minutes (375 degrees F). Allow to cool before slicing into slabs.

Maple Cream Sandwich Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 c of sugar (brown); packed
1 c of butter
1 pc of egg yolk
2 Tbsps of butter
2 1/4 c of flour; sifted
1 1/4 c of sugar (Confectioners’); sifted
4 Tbsps of heavy cream
1/2 tsp of vanilla

Instructions:

Cream a cup of butter and gradually pour sugar, blending well. Drop the yolk into the mixture and continue mixing. Add the flour, constantly stirring ’til mixture turns to dough and chill it a little for easy handling.

Create create marble-sized balls from dough. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten into 1/8″ thick pieces and run fork on cookies in a single direction, creating design.

Put into oven and bake within 9-12 minutes (325 degrees F). Remove cookies from oven when they start to become light brown. Remove cookies from the sheets while still warm.

Create frosting by browning 2 Tbsps butter lightly using saucepan. Take away from the heat then blend 1 1/4 c of confectioners’ sugar. Slowly add half tsp vanilla as well as 4 or 5 tsps cream ’til its viscosity is ideal for spreading.

Connect 2 cookies side by side on the flatter sides using frosting, just like a sandwich.

Ingredients:

2 c of softened butter
2 tsps of vanilla extract
2 c of sugar (confectioners’)
1/2 tsp of almond/coconut extract

1 c of pecans; toasted & chopped
3 tbsps of sugar (confectioners’)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit. In large mixing bowl, beat two cups of sugar (confectioners’) & butter together. Add in vanilla as well as coconut/almond extracts then salt.

Next, add a cup of flour 1 after another, blending thoroughly after every cup. Add in pecans and choco chips. Shape into 1-inch balls then arrange 2-inches away from each other on ungreased baking sheet.

Instructions:

Combine choco chips & butter in a small saucepan. Put over low heat until melted. Remove it from the heat.

Add in the condensed milk. Stir in the baking powder plus flour. Blend well.

3 c of flour(all-purpose)
1/2 c of butter milk
3/4 c of shortening

For the Glaze:

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets lightly. Mix salt, powder, flour plus orange mix together in mixing bowl then put aside.

Afterward, cream sugar and shortening (in a mixing bowl). Beat until fluffy and light. Beat in eggs plus vanilla.

Dissolve baking soda using buttermilk; then add into sugar mixture. Blend well with flour mix, then add in white choco chips.

Ingredients:

1/2 c of shortening
2 squares of chocolate (unsweetened, 1 ounce)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of vanilla

1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1 c of choco chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped

For Mocha Frosting:
2 Tbsps of cocoa
1/4 c of butter
2 tsps of coffee (instant powder)
a dash of salt
1.5 tsps of vanilla
2.5 c of powder sugar
3 Tbsps of milk

Instructions:

In saucepan, melt 2 squares of chocolate and shortening together, and let it cool (around 10 minutes). Add sugar in it and beat with egg, buttermilk and vanilla. Sift dry items together and pour on the previously made choco mixture. Add nuts together with choco pieces.

Using teaspoon, drop batter on greased cookie sheets and bake for around ten minutes (375 degrees F).

For the mocha frosting, soften butter, coffee, salt and cocoa. Beat then add vanilla, powder sugar and a few amount of milk enough to create a spreading viscosity. Put frosting on the cookies.

Instructions:

Sift baking powder, flour and salt together. Beat whites of eggs ’til mounds of soft texture form. Pour powder sugar slowly and beat well every after addition. Beat ’til straight stiff peaks form as you raise your beaters.

Cream butter and slowly add sugar; cream well. Drop the 3 yolks slowly one by one. Continue with beating for a minute. Alternately pour dry mixtures and juice to the creamy mixture and blend well.

Pour 1/2 c of pecans and rind; Mix thoroughly. Fold unto beaten whites of eggs slowly. Pour mixture on floured and greased 13″x 9″ baking pan.

Put into oven and bake (400 degrees F) for 25 minutes to half an hour. Prepare frosting by beating 2 Tbsps of butter, 1 Tbsp of cream and 1 c of powder sugar, ’til creamy. Frost bars while warm. Sprinkle remaining pecans on top.

For Crust:
2 tbsp sugar (brown)
1 c of flour

2 c of shortening
4 tsp of extract (vanilla)

1 c of pumpkin (15 ounce) (100%PRCTG% pure)

For frosting:
4 tsps of flavoring (rum)

Instructions:

Blend sugar plus 2 c of shortening placed in big bowl for about half a minute using a mixer (electric) in moderate speed. Beat in 100%PRCTG% Pure Pumpkin, two eggs, plus the first 2 tsps of vanilla extract. Blend thoroughly.

Sieve together all-purpose flour, cinnamon (ground), baking powder, allspice, baking soda, and salt. Blend ’til it becomes creamy using low-level speed. Add in nuts and raisins.

1.5 c of sugar (white)
1 c of butter (unsalted); softened
1 tsp of vanilla

1 oz of melted chocolate (unsweetened)

1.5 tsps of food coloring (red, approx. 5 drops)

Instructions:

Grease up a 9×5x5 inch metal pan and line the base with parchment paper.

Beat the sugar and butter inside a mixing bowl until it becomes creamy then add vanilla and eggs. Mix in Calumet, salt, and flour. Divide the batter into 3 equal parts then place them on bowls.

On the first bowl, add red coloring and almond extract; incorporate well. On the second, add chocolates; stir. On the last, fold in walnuts.

Pour almond batter onto the base of pan then carefully pour atop walnut batter and lastly pour the chocolate batter on top. Cover the batter with parchment paper then refrigerate for four hours.

Ingredients:

A dash of cinnamon
3/4 c of sugar
1/2 c of butter; melted
1 kg of yellow cake mix; reserve 1 c for topping
1 can of milk; evaporated
1 big can of pumpkin pie mix (w/ spices)
1 tsp of vanilla
3 pcs of egg

For the toppings:
1 c of cake mix; reserved
1/4 c of butter; softened
1/4 c of sugar
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Mix together yellow cake mix, butter (melted), and a piece of egg. Even out the mixture in a pan (13 x 9 in.; greased). Combine the pumpkin pie mix, vanilla, the remaining eggs, sugar, and a dash of cinnamon.

Whisk ’til mixture is thoroughly blended and place it on bottom part of pan. Afterward, combine the four ingredients for the topping. Once done, dust it on the topmost part of first mixture as toppings.

Cook in the oven for about 45-50 mins at 350 degrees F.

Fresh Ginger Cookies Recipe


Fresh Ginger Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. of soda
12 Tbsps. of butter (or margarine); melted
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 c of sugar (white)
1/4 c of molasses
2 Tbsps of ginger; freshly grated
1 c of sugar (white)
1 pc of egg

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (350 degrees F).

In large bowl, mix flour, salt & soda. Afterward, in another bowl, mix butter, ginger & a cup of sugar; then beat until fluffy & light. Add in egg & molasses.

Carefully stir in the flour mix until blended. Refrigerate for an hour.

Next, roll the dough out into 1.5-inch balls & roll in white sugar. Arrange onto cookie sheet (ungreased), leaving a 2-inch space in between. Next, bake for approximately 15 mins., or until the edges turn brown.

Center of cookie should be soft. Leave on sheets for a minute then move to cooling racks.

Valentines Day Cookies Recipe


Valentines Day Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of butter; unsalted and softened
1.5 c of sugar (powdered)
1 pc of egg
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
2.5 c of flour
2 c of sugar (powdered)
1 and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon cream (of tartar)
8 ounces of cream cheese; softened
Some milk

Instructions:

Using a big bowl (mixer), add in almond extract, vanilla, sugar, butter and egg. Blend mixture ’til it becomes fluffy and light. Blend in cream of tartar, flour, and baking soda ’til mixed.

Afterward, divide the dough into two. Store in container and cover. Place the doughs inside the fridge for 2-3 hours.

About 15 minutes prior to cooking, preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Lightly grease cookie sheets. Take out one of the refrigerated doughs (reserve the other one for later use); and roll it out (about 1/4-inch thick) onto a flat surface dusted with flour.

Use a cookie cutter to form Valentine’s shapes (e.g. hearts or Cupids). Put each cookie about two inches away from each other on the cookie sheets. Afterward, bake in the oven for about 7-8 minutes (or ’til edges turn golden brown).

Allow to cool.

Ambrosia Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp of baking powder
1 c of coconut; flaked
2 c of raisins/dates; chopped
1/4 tsp of salt
2 pcs of egg
1 c of pecans; chopped
1.5 c oats (quick-cooking/regular)
1 tbsp rind of lemon; grated
1 tsp rind of orange; grated
1 c of butter/margarine
1 c of sugar
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 c sugar (brown); packed
A tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Mix lemon rind, orange rind, dates, pecans, oats, coconut, salt, baking soda & baking powder together in bowl and put aside. Beat butter & sugar in another bowl till mixture becomes fluffy and light.

Then, add in vanilla and eggs. Thoroughly blend in your flour mix till smooth. Put tablespoonfuls of the mixture on cookie sheet without grease.

Distance cookie batter mix 2 inches apart. Place in oven for about 10-12 mins. them move to cooling racks.

Pineapple Muffin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of shortening
1-1/2 c of sugar (white)
1 fresh egg (large)
1 c of pineapple (crushed); do not drain
3-1/2 c of flour; sifted
1 tsp of soda
1/4 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

Beat the sugar, egg, and shortening until creamy; then mix in pineapple w/ its juice. Combine soda, nutmeg, flour, and salt; incorporate with the creamy mixture. Fold in the nuts.

Scoop teaspoonfuls of the batter onto the greased cookie sheets and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F (about 8 to 10 minutes).

Lemonade Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of butter; creamed
2 pcs of eggs
1 c of sugar
3 c of flour; sifted
1 can lemonade (frozen, 6 ozs); thawed
1 tsp of baking soda
powder sugar

Instructions:

Cream sugar and butter. Drop the eggs; beating ’til fluffy and light. Sift baking soda together with flour. Pour flour as well as 1/2 c of concentrated lemonade alternately to first mixture.

In tablespoonfuls, drop the dough on ungreased baking sheets, 2″ apart. Bake (400 degree F) in eight minutes. While cookies are warm, brush it with the rest of the concentrated lemonade and sprinkle with powder sugar.

Peach Custard Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 c of butter (unsalted)
1 c of flour; sifted
2 Tbsps of sugar (white)
1-1/2 c of sliced peaches
1/8 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1/3 c of sugar (white)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 c of whip cream
2 fresh egg yolks
2 pinches of salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F. Cut the butter (use a pastry cutter) onto the sugar, Calumet, flour, and salt ’til the mixture looks like crumbs. Press down firmly onto the base of an 8 inch square baking pan and also halfway on pan sides.

Arrange the sliced peach atop the buttered crust inside the baking pan. Combine the sugar with the ground cinnamon then dust above the layered peaches then bake inside the oven for fifteen mins.

Beat the egg yolks with the whip cream and spread atop the layered peaches and bake again for at most half an hour (or ’til the custard sets) and sides are almost brown. Best served when warm.

Lemon Honey Coolers Recipe

Ingredients:

2.5 c of flour; sifted
1/4 c of honey
1/2 c of sugar
1/2 c of vegetable shortening
1 pc of egg
1 Tbsp of lemon zest; grated
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
a tsp of baking powder
a pinch of salt

Instructions:

Sift baking powder, salt and flour together. Blend sugar and shortening together ’til well-creamed; add juice and rind, honey and egg; beat the mixture well and slowly pour dry mixture. Prepare cookie sheet (or waxed paper) then put mixture on top, turning into 1.5″ thick roll.

Wrap mixture with the paper, then chill for the night. You can also put it in freezer within hours. Slice rolls into 1/8″ thick, then arrange on top of greased cookie sheet. Lightly add dashes of sugar.

Fudge Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of nuts; chopped
2 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
1 can milk (sweetened, condensed)
1 c of flour
9 ozs of choco chips
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven at 325 degrees F.

Melt choco chips together with butter, over boiling water. Add in the milk. Then, mix in nuts, flour plus vanilla. Blend well.

Afterward, drop teaspoonfuls of the dough on greased cookie sheet. Next, bake in oven for approximately 10 to 15 mins. Careful not to overbake.

Brandy Balls Recipe


Brandy Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/4 c of butter
3 c of flour
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
1 yolk from an egg
1/4 tsp of salt
1 c of pecans; minced
1/4 c & 2 tbsps brandy (Calvados)
1 c of sugar (powdered)

Instructions:

In large bowl, beat butter and half a cup of brown sugar until creamy. Beat yolk in separate bowl, then add flour & salt. Slowly mix contents into the other bowl, alternating with your Calvados.

Begin and end adding with your flour mix. Fold in pecans then refrigerate mixture for about an hour. Then, shape dough in to 1-inch balls and drop onto greased baking sheet.

Then, bake until color turns light brown or for about 10 mins. at 350 degrees F. Cool for a few minutes then roll on sugar(confectioners).

Ginger Creams Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c. of water (hot)
1/2 c. of sugar
1/4 c of shortening
1/2 c of molasses
2 c of flour
1 pc of egg
1 tsp of soda
1/2 tsp of each of the following items:
half a tsp of salt
half a tsp of ginger
half a tsp of cinnamon
half a tsp of nutmeg
half a tsp of cloves

For Frosting:
1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 Tbsps of butter; creamed
2 c of powder sugar
2-3 Tbsps of milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (375 degree F). Grease the baking sheets.

Using a mixing bowl, mix and blend 1/2 c of sugar, 1/2 c of hot water, 1/2 c of molasses, 1/4 c of shortening and egg. Add the non-frosting ingredients remaining.

Drop teaspoonsful of mixture on greased baking sheets, arranging 2″ apart. For 10 to 15 minutes, bake cookies ’til gold brown in color. You must immediately take off cookies from baking sheets. Let it cool.

Combine frosting ingredients and beat them ’til fluffy. When cookies are cool already, top it with frosting.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 pieces of eggs
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
4 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 cups of each of the following:
butter
sugar
pumpkin; cooked and mashed
flour
raisins
walnuts; chopped

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (375 degrees F). Cream sugar and butter ’til smooth in texture. Add one egg each time while beating, and add vanilla and pumpkin. Blend well.

Using a large bowl, mix 5 cups of flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon salt. Add this dry mixture to creamy mixture prepared earlier and stir. Add walnuts and raisins.

Drop spoonfuls of dough on greased baking sheets. Bake inside an oven (around 10-15 minutes). Let cool.

Ingredients:

2-3/4 c of flour; sifted
1-3/4 c of sugar (white)
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c of water
1/3 c of peanut butter
1-1/4 c of peanuts (unsalted); roasted
2 pinches of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F.

Mix the sugar, Calumet, salt, and flour inside a bowl; set aside. Beat the peanut butter, water, and eggs then add into the mixed flour and incorporate well. Fold in the peanuts.

Roll the dough to form a thick log then slice them and place onto the baking sheet then slightly flatten by using your hands. Arrange them far from each other then bake for about forty mins. Remove from oven.

Change the oven’s temperature into 300 degrees F. Slice the cooled logs into bars and put the bars with its slice facing down onto the sheet then bake again for twenty mins making it crispy.

Ghostly Halloween Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of quick-cooking oats (uncooked)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 c of of sugar (granulated)
1 pc egg; beaten slightly
1 c of pumpkin in can
1 c choco chips (semi-sweet)
1 c of butter
2 c of white flour
a tsp of baking soda
a tsp of cinnamon
a tsp of vanilla
pinch of salt
white icing
colored icings

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (350 degree F). Mix the cinnamon, baking soda, salt, oats flour, and set the mixture aside.

Beat butter while adding the sugars gradually until mixture is fluffy and light. Add the vanilla and egg. Continue mixing the mixture well while adding the non-liquid ingredients, including the pumpkin and the pieces of chocolate.

Use 1/4 c dough for single cookie and drop it on greased baking sheet and shape dough like a flat ghost using spatula. Put into preheated over and bake for 20-25 minutes or ’til light brown and firm. Let cookies cool and then spead icing on it. Draw faces on cookies using icing tubes.

3/4 c of softened butter (unsalted)
1 c of sugar (white)
1 fresh egg (large)
1/4 c of pineapple jam

Instructions:

Beat the sugar and butter till it becomes light. Add in the jam and egg; beat thoroughly. Combine the flour, soda, and salt; incorporate all the ingredients.

Scoop a teaspoonful of the batter on the cooking sheet and bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for ten minutes. Let it cool (for about 2 minutes) before transferring to a plate and garnish the jam and walnuts.

Form to 1-inch balls and arrange them on the baking sheets (2 inches apart). Flatten diagonally using a sugar dipped fork and bake in the oven (about 10-12 minutes).

1 tsp. of ginger (powdered)
1 c of butter/margarine
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 pkg. choco chips (12-oz.)
1 egg
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 c of walnuts; chopped
1 tsp. of soda
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1.5 c of sugar (brown); packed firmly
1 tsp. of vanilla

Instructions:

Beat the sugar together with butter; then add in vanilla plus egg. Mix well. Then, combine dry ingredients together & add to sugar-butter mix. Blend thoroughly. Add choco chips & walnuts. Refrigerate for a few hours. Next, roll dough to 1″ balls; then dust with powdered.

Place onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 mins. at 375 degrees F.

Holiday Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can of milk (12-oz., evaporated)
3 pcs of eggs
1 c of sugar (white)
1 c of butter
3.5 c of flour
2 1/3 c of walnuts
8 ozs.of cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla
1/3 c of sugar (confectioners’, to decorate)

Instructions:

Combine eggs, flour, butter together with cheese altogether in one large bowl. Mix well until smooth; and then chill until it sets.

Grind the walnuts finely or wrap chopped walnuts with waxed paper; then roll over rolling pin (to crush it). Place nutmeats in saucepan together with sugar, milk plus vanilla. Next, bring to a boil ’til the mixture thickens; and then simmer.

Roll dough out into little pieces and dust with confectioners’ sugar. Place a bit of the filling in each then roll the edges up, forming a crescent. Put onto greased baking sheets. Bake for approximately 20 mins. at 350 degrees F.
